Terminator 3 may not be as sucky as I thougt it would be.

I have seen the latest brand new trailer. It shows the T-X in her birtday suit and I must say she's looking mighty fine. Her breast are covered up with her long hair but they show a good shot of her ass . As she is approaching some dude in his Porsche. Cool scenes with Arnie hold the casket of Sarah Connor while he's fending off the police force with his sharp looking machine gun. Also some cool fight scenes of the T-X fighting with the T-100. One scene she shoves the T-100 and literally pushes him through the roof of a building. The T-X is liquid metal but can turn into machines and pure energy. Arnie is really talking this movie up. I hope it's as good as he says it is. Hey MovieGod, have you seen this movie yet?

I've been reading a lot of stuff about T3 lately. It seems that the peeps behind this might not be as inept as first thought. It seems that the studio wanted to keep the real script so secret that when an early and unused script was leaked they let everyone believe (including its own staff) that it was the script being used for production. Infact they went to such great lengths to stop people finding out a twist that happens in the last 20 min that only the 3 principle cast members involved in that scene were privy to the info...and only that was granted a week pre filming.

As for the the trailer... I never watch a trailer online thats RM. I always wait for lovely Quicktime!!

From what i hear it should be about next wednesday!! (Just to clarify i mean the Quicktime trailer. Not the actual release!!)

From what it looks like. 1000s of Terminators are sent back through time to the day of Judgement day. I gues to start the war between Man and Machines.

they really need to cut down on the time travelling in these movies. it's starting to lose all coherence.

Yah, it's amazing how a 55 year old guy can get back into shape. Best shape he as been in since T2. The new trailer is pretty damn cool.

I hear that Arnie switchs from bad to good in this movie. Somehow the T-X has control over him untill something happens with him and John Connor.

This is one of 5 absolutely stop everything in my life for 2+ hours and go see first day movies this year..lets hope it holds up to the massive expectations

three of us watched the new supposedly much better trailer (ie if a film needs 3 (ok one was teaser, but hush!) trailers to convince us its good, be afraid)

our conclusion ? omg.

"too polished looking". hell yeah. t2 was very rough and ready, t3 is all very pretty and shiny. most of the non-sfx parts look like they come straight out of a STV or Made for TV special. it looks utter dross.

i still have hope this film will kick ass, but looking at the crew, i really dont think so. its relying on a summer BO opening to survive, as the footage looks like its been complete for a reaaal long time....

I agree with pHo. I'm very skeptical that this will be at all worth watching, and that upsets me, because I've always thought that the Terminator universe could be expanded and continued in many different ways, almost like a 007 kind of thing. This film looks like it's going to ruin that possibility for sure.

Let's just face it. At the end of the day everyone here wants to watch this movie. It's The Terminator for gawd sakes!!

But yeah, we all 'hope' it will kick some serious arse, but when we look deep inside ourselves and bring out our true feelings.......we just can't help shaking off that 'smell' feeling.

We shall see the results this Summer. But again, like Matrix 2, Charlies Angels 2, ROTK etc etc etc. This is one movie you really want to see in the theatre rather than a shitty cam.


::edit. Just watched that trailer (couldn't wait for QT lol). Umm, all i can say is holy shit it looks smelly!!! Every trailer i've seen for this movie has made my opinion that this movie will smell grow ever larger.

I shudder to think how much money the WB have pumped in to this movie. The chequebook must have been crying lol. For all the fancy sfx, the movie just can't seem to shake off (like pHo said) that STV feel. Arnie looks desperately old and in need of a good movie, Clare Danes feels barable but my big surprise was that Kristina Lokken looks pretty good as this new Terminator. I was unsure for a long time, but now i am starting to get used to her in this movie. I still think T3 will smell though.

That must be a bad rencode of the real player version. Real player high bandwith was better quality. It was the lowbandwith that was blocky. Was this perhaps and encode of the low bandwith version?

have you seen the latest pics of arnie on the beach playing with his son>? hes lost all his muscles!! can arnie be as kick-ass without his huge muscles? maybe but surely the terminator is made at the peak of perfection and muscles would be needed!! anyways im sure it wont spoil anything and the movie is gonna be awesome!! all hail the comeback of the REAL action hero!!!!

Well they say Arnold is as big as he was in T2. We shall see. Because Arnold made it a big thing on how he got back into shape for the role. I got the info from www.arnoldsfans.com

Arnold gained 20 pounds and worked out heavy for 6 months to reprise the role. In some behind the scene footage. He is walking through and looking pretty big. Just the same as T2. He has genetics from hell to get back like that. Especially with his age.

but he also has nutritionists chefs dieticians trainers oh yea and of course.......time!! and (maybe) steroids lol

and regards to macs sure they look better but pcs have taken them over in speed and performance and i can only imagine how hard it is to find mp3s on a mac cos theys only about 100 mac users in the world right?
pcs win everythime cos how can you use a computer without a right mouse button or a scroll wheel??? it must be painful!!!
