I kinda have mixed feelings over T3. But Kristanna Loken MMMmmm... a female terminator!!!!
I hope the movie does not turn out to be a big dissapointment like so many other trilogies have.

like the original star wars trilogy. #1 is a classic, #2 is the definitive #3 is made to round out the series (ala scream 3)

I have read 3 reviews on it and all are good.
good or bad im going to go see it anyway clips were a nice tidbit to snack on as i wait for the release
Ebert and Roeper give it 2 thumbs up from their show this weekend. I bet it will be better than The Hulk.
Well there saying Terminator 4 is a slam dunk now. T3 leaves it open.

Today (in some theatres), tomorrow (the rest of the USA and Canada).
Going to see it on Wednesday!
This movie sucked so much ass. Might go down as one of the worst films I have ever seen
**edit** ok..now that I have had time to calm down this wont go down as one of the worst movies of all time..however I am quite disappointed

Tell me is it really that bad?
I have to wait nearly a whole month 'til i can see it in the movies... It'd be a shame if they ruined Terminator!

its better than T2.
Petrocs, I hope your kidding. While it's not as good as T2 Judgement Days. It is descent in it's own rights. It does have a different feel than the other two movies. The movie relys heavily on action action action. Tongue in cheak cheesy humor. And yes, the story probably does lack a little but were you expecting this movie to be as good as T2? I didn't. Especially without Cameron but this movie held it's own. Enough so that T4 will probably happen now. Hint end of the movie. I think Mostow did a pretty descent job. He had some big shoes to fill. What would be cool for T4 is Cameron to climb back on board. Write and direct the last installment of the Terminator franchise. I will give my full review soon but I give this movie an 8 out of 10. Definitely not as good as the other 2 but still descent.
I went to see this movie not expecting much. And I got more than I expected. I thought this movie could have been total crap but it wasn't. We get to see Ahnuld kick ass again as the Terminator. Now maybe we will get to see him again in T4 before he is really to old to play the part.
While I did like the movie. The movie probably should have been made in 1997. Arnold still looked basically unchanged in the face from Terminator 2. You can tell there was heavy makeup applied to keep him from looking aged. Judgement day could have still happened in 1997. Then now. Terminator 4 could have come out. The movie about the future war and John Connor leading the resistance againts the machines.
While I think Nick Stahl as John Connor did ok. It did seem weird not having Edward Furlong back on board. And the older actor that played the aged Connor in the future war(what is that guys name?). Yah call me picky but I kind of hate when different actors take over someone elses role.
I think too many critics are basing there reviews against the earlier two movies. Each movie needs to be reviewed on its own merit.
I stand corrected. Roger Ebert gave it a mild thumbs down. A C+ on his website. It's funny. He mentioned so many things he like about the film but then said he didn't like it . Because the movie was one big chase scene. And he's so so so tired of chase scenes.
