got this a couple of days ago when it was on bittorrent, decent quality too, origianlly encoded as an .avi at 352x576 resolution. Hopefully more british movies will start hitting the scene, then someone might release "sex lives of the potato men" with the end intact, instead of the version I have with it missing.

anyway, from the bittorrent version i'd give this 7/7/8. Audio is at the better end of the spectrum for a cam.

There is a better cam going about than this!!
Good film very funny

neither release is very good its been over a week on general release is there not a group in england that can do a decent version

the nfo just made me laugh. it is teh funneh.

Yesterday morning i seen people in vcdquality and other IRC channels mention this movie was elsewhere then IRC. Decided to go look for myself and sure enough as stated in the nfo, found someone who got:
Shaun Of The Dead(1of2).avi
Shaun Of The Dead(2of2).avi
Shaun.Sample.mpg
from bitertorent or whatever ya call it. So wanting to see the movie got the divx yesterday. Seems divx just finished & both VCD copies pre.
Viewed the divx file, viewed YaY's Sample , took a bit got VCDCentral's sample viewed that too. Their all the exact same source. VCDCentral is widescreen ... YaY's is FullScreen. Both copies are labled accordingly (CAM) , alright copy can watch it. CD2 is seems the cameraman gets spooked and drops the camera for a few seconds heh.

*shrug movie is suppost to be good so either or, props to both grps for releasing this movie for all to watch.

Both are the same copy take what you can find. I got the divx + now theirs 2 VCD's. Must see movie from what i have heard.

AS a CAM:
YaY = 6/7/?
VCDCentral = 7/7/?

i am telling you there is another version but from a different source look in a.b.svcd it is not cropped at all and its widescreen.

the scoring system on here has become a joke. this piece of crap, being angled, cam falls over half a dozen times, and zooms in and out every now again, gets higher marks, than Hellboy MPT, Hidalgo Logistic, Johnson Family Vacation FTF. Admittedly others are poor, but not even same league as this. too many wankers here.


As for the film, not bad for UK.

firefighter m8, i was pertaining to the overall quality, not the sound. and i hope you aint telling me the score on this is higher to the others just as the sound isn't direct.

I'll stick with the VCDCentral copy. I've seen the movie at the theatre already so i dont care.

It's just an excellent movie.
