From Sample:

probly the worst screener ive seen yet.
sound is pure crap, and video looks like its from 1980 and been watched too much.

Nice release..eheh..this screener sucks ass (no offense..)..but it does. Have you guys viewed some rars, or only the sample? It's VERY blurry, goes black and white from the looks of it (no i havent read the nfo) and it gets distorted very badly at some of the scenes i saw. Movie was good, but if you ask me .. the svcd telesync was better. If you have that..keep it, if not and you can't wait till a dvd screener or retail release, grab this. You won't be disappointed by the movie .. i'll tell ya that, but you might be a little disturbed

Looking good.. will see it to night

vip3r no offence but I think you are to hard this copy is good

No Serials, B&W Scenes, or Property Of Messages.

as viper says the rel is blurry and a bit low on the contrast giving the picture a dark look, also the audio has a slight stereo delay with the right channel being slightly out of sync from the left giving it a strange echoey effect on the audio...........

otherwise the release is fine......

Posted by Jc100 on 11-25-2004 03:40 PM:

Um i downloaded a few rars, and it looks fine to me???? what rars are showing problems? The picture is faded nad it looks like a second gen tape, but its dark shot people..... I dont get what the beef is less im missing something.

Yeah your not looking at the sample right. The b and w your talking about is the camera into the room of the 2 guys chained. Does that quite a bit in movie. Dvd or screener would look bad cause its suppose to be blurry looking. Just watched some on my dvd player looks good for a screener.

8/8/9

Thanks for the good comments! Sounds like this one's worth waiting for retail...

Posted by manny0 on 11-25-2004 06:08 PM:

others sucked

better than the last rlses which were complete crap

Posted by hellslave on 11-25-2004 07:34 PM:

From sample...

Picture quality is great, though I'm viewing it on a smaller-than-average screen, so that's bound to have some affect on it. Audio is just as good, if only slightly "hissy".

But as far as the movie itself goes, it's just meh, for me. I just hope the sequel answers some of the questions this movie left behind.

yer strange comments :S
i thourt it was ok,
I watched CD1 then the kids came home
so no chance of watching a flick in peace.

i thourt the picture was ok and sound was ok aswell.
comments above are a bit harsh i think but they done the damage now so my comments wont add up to much.

shure its not Pin-sharp and the sound aint THX but for what looks like a VHS screener
ive seen MUCH worse.

Screener now means the dvdScr or retail could be soon.
so no bigge if you let this one go i guess.

Posted by commiewhore on 11-26-2004 01:44 AM:

ok

not a hotel screener, it is from tape

so with that said, some blurr nothing intense like forgotten screener

video = 7 ....clear, few central blurr scenes, action scenes look really good, toss up on giving this a 7 or 8 , just think a 7 is more just

audio = 7 ...direct but amplified too high

movie = 10 ...already one of my favorites

ive seen this 3 times in theater and a few times at home, stick with TS rls , there is not much more that is shown in the sides of the film than what is in that rls, so until dvd hits, no point.
