Hey now,

Down the sample and its ok. The sample was a fast paced basketball game, and there was a lot of motion blur in it. There was some pixelation in the video due to encoding. It is also a tad on the bright side. The actual colors look half way decent.

Audio sounds fine to me.

I say if you combine the video from Matine RLS with the audio from this one.

Props to Cobra for the release.

far from ts, you can still hear the crowd clapping at the end of this. same source as maTine as the same people walk throgh the ending credits, i would even go out on a limb and say this is there copy rencoded with a audio filter on it. piss poor job guys

Posted by PleXo on 01-15-2005 02:36 AM:

maybe same source as matinem just didnt kno how to sync the audio without recoding ,it, anyways good job, but, sadly, this goes to the dump, im nearly finished leeching this and im going to sync the audio of this to the video of matine as matines copy looks better picture

i actually took matines fat albert and syncd w/pots audio. will do the same with this release, combine the audio w/matines video...if only matine could find an audio source, or cobra find a better encoder.

as for this relse
5/8/x

Good TS

There is nothing terrible wrong with this telesync. Very Watchable if you want to see the movie. There is some motion blur. Camera is left oriented, and some of the scores are cut off. Audio is great. 5/5/7

Poor PAL to NTSC conversion.. framerate sucks. gives a jerky "web cam" look. It doesn't seem to bother some, however... me..personally I can't stand it and won't watch it.
If it were not for that i'd say it was a decent release.

However it's a nice try.. you need to work on your encoding skills

5/8/? (Won't watch the whole thing til something better comes along)

Yep. Think what they did was directly add frames to the 25fps, instead of slowing the movie down to 23.976(then adding). Audio is good though

4\ 8\?

The video quality is better than some are giving credit. A better copy is desired, but unless one shows up, this is very watchable. I can't stop thinking about this past summer and the glut of CAMs and only a few groups giving TSs. This is better then what was around before. Yes the video is not totally clear, but it has decent color and isn't to grainy. The sound is good and the overall product is really enjoyable. There has been many others with washout or dull colors, considering the ratings of the past I choose these...

errr... ill be polite, i hate stupid people, the clapping is in the movie itself its not people in the cinema clapping. yup ur right its the same source as matines but matine cut more out of it at the end. anyways im very sorrys guys but piss poor job is right but it is extremely watchable so ill be grabbing it sometime maybe wen i get more credits(ran out), i think its time for PleXo syncing crew to get in action cause i think the pot video is very much better encoded compared to this, also- any1 wana play checkers or chess?

Posted by sportsfan99 on 01-18-2005 06:20 AM:

Ok I took the audio from this and muxed it with matine's version. The reason this version is so jumpy & choppy is cuz they never adjusted the audio to go along with ntsc. They kept it at a pal framerate. So you see the video trying to keep up with the audio. Cuz when I demuxed the audio from this one, I adjusted the audio at first, for matine's version. But it was way out of sync. So I kept the audio as is and muxed...plays in sync throughout. They either should have left it as pal, or if you're going to convert to ntsc, change the audio also.

NOT a re-encode or cam, a true TS. This version goes longer into the credits than matine's. They converted from an original source.

sound is nice, A=8
video is quite jerky/hitchy as said before, colors are decent not great and overall pic is a bit grainy and washed out even on the standalone. Also the encode left us with quite a bit of pixelation. For a VCD TS I'd rate the video a 5.
The movie itself is excellent, Movie=9

All that said, it's very cool of Cobra to release such a great film to all of us. I haven't heard of this group before but their efforts here are much appreciated. Props to them.
