AVOiD

September 13 - Fever Pitch (Fox) (Farrelly Bros. Commentary/Deleted Scenes/Extended Ending)

Retails in less then 3 weeks , DVDRip (DVDR/SVCD) should be online within 7 Days.

Props for trying -FUCK , but they should have researched retail date.

Yes perhaps in the US its out in 3 weeks, but not in other countries. So can anyone check the quality on this one?

Posted by TheScribe on 08-21-2005 06:37 PM:

Eh, if the screener has same quality, I'd rather have the screener so I can convert to KVCD easier (I don't give a shit about extras0

Posted by Hairyhamster on 08-21-2005 07:24 PM:

^^^ why people would wanna convert to a vcd in this day and age is totally beyond me.......... dont everyone burn to dvd now?

What i ment by my comment was, usually DVDScr's (all except TEG-VCD's) have some sort of markings , either counters , black & white scenes , serials , scrolling text saying "PROPERTY of blah blah" to some sort on their picture.

Doesnt matter if its out in USA in 3 weeks , still everyone online will get to download it when it does.

Why download something thats marked ... when in 1 week you can get retail (unmarked) .

why waste a dvd on crap when you can burn to cd..... cd's are hell of a lot cheaper...so vcd's and svcd's still have there purposes

I don't know where you buy your dvd's but they are about the same price as cd's.... and you only need one, not 1-3

whats going on, i need ratings here.. i dont really care if its going to be on dvd soon

Posted by ynd aznbnet on 08-22-2005 04:22 AM:

Actually, DVD's save money if you buy them cheap. For instance, you can oft' find Taiyo Yuden DVD+R's at best buy for $20 for 50, or $40 for 100. Just make sure it says Made in Japan on the package, because they sell lower grade Taiwan made discs as well. Just look in the paper weekly to find the deals. Without a doubt, DVD's are more efficient, and will save you money in the long run.

The quality is allright. If you are too lazy to mess around with XviD converting to DVD then this SVCD will do it. But if you do not mind to spend some time and convert XviD into DVD then I would suggest to go for Fever.Pitch.DVD.SCREENER.XviD-STiNKER since the quality of that one is a little better.

P.S. I know some people can play divx on stand alone but it's not widely spread standart yet (if ever) so I wouldn't even bother to mention this option.

8.3 / 8.2 / ?
