This copy reminds me alot of NBP's TC of Skeleton Key !

The picture is a bit grainy , there was alot of motionblurness when the picture moved slowly left to right , colors are washed , really dark on the screen where you see their faces , dark shadows. The Sounds ... is extremly hollow and sounds like the speakers which were blowen out ... were 20 feet away from the CAM.

Also during the sample you can hear the cameraman screwing around and clickin stuff on his/her camera , then they adjust the camera.

Im going to have to pass on this copy as im really looking forward to seeing this film. Props on first Online Watchable Copy HYdRO.

As a CAM:
6.5/4/?

Stupid Limited & 900 screens !

A little blurry
Pic not bad at all for a cam
Sound is hollow
Worth the Download
6.5/5/6

i just got done telling my gf that if there wasnt a copy of this out by friday that i was going go spend 8 bucks to see it decent hydro cam, most of theres are pretty decent little washed out but if u really want to see it then its worth other wise wait for tc.

8/7/? will update after watched buts looks to be excellent

Picture is pretty good for cam, Audio however is pretty shetty

And as for the film, Another yanky story of how they won world war 2 from the start single handedly. hmmm
Some how I dont think so.
America only joined in world war 2 cause they had developed a product they wanted to show the world. Why dont those Hollywood Day dreamers ever make a good war film about the real heroes of world war 2, that tiny island known as GREAT Britain.

7/3/5

sorry this is a good release but 2 things that just make it unwatchable...

1. The dudes Afro that just sits in the bottom left the whole time along with his constant camera sliding is annoying...

2. Sorry this cam is hella hollow....even though its clear, the constant echo after every word is f..king annoying along with that tunnel sound. Like the mic was in a empty cup..

7/5/? will wait on a telecine or dvdscr, nothing more or less.

is it watchable? otherwise ill wait for a ts. even though the sound and the afro is in the way!

Posted by SilverSoldier on 08-26-2005 04:46 AM:

This just barely falls short of watchable IMO. The video is alright, but the bad audio is what kills it.

7/4/?

Posted by zerobyte on 08-26-2005 05:35 AM:

Its definitely watchable but not as good looking as HYdRO's last few releases.White light exposure is bothersome and in many parts obscures much of the finer detail. I was able to improve the overall look dramatically with a simple saturation filter + sharpen filter. All in all though its a great looking cam (video). Audio doesn't sound so metallic but hollow. Low and mid range frequencies are especially difficult to clearly discern. Still, despite the mediocre audio which is to be expected with a cam; I thoroughly enjoyed this release.Thanx HYdRO.Great work.

I have fucking feeling that I'm back in the year 2000 - 2001 and messing around with retarded Kazaa/Morpheus shitty downloads when you couldn't get a dissent release because it simply was not there... What a fucking draw back we're witnessing now. Man I feel so sad about all this shit which lately keep coming out. I wish we were back in May-June 2005 and could prevent all those bad things from happening before they happened! But it’s too late now… I guess we have to wait very long time now until things will improve.

As for a movie rating:

Pre May-June rating: 3 / 2 / ?
After May-June rating: 6 / 4 / ? Based on sample.

Me sad.

I'm probably gunna get bitch slapped by neversoft for replying to that last comment but I just cant hold back.

This has been said to many people on several occasions in many ways but for some reason you don't seem to be absorbing it. Your not entitled to anything.None of us are. These releasing groups take a great risk acquire and(or) producing these releases. Its not like they take some magic stroll in the park, and end up with a release. They muster up the balls to hang them selves out on an illegal edge for 1 - 3 hours. If at any time they fall from that legal ledge and at terminal velocity meet face to face with judicial concrete they don't end up with a scatch. They end up with jail time and(or) prison time(and or)years of probation(and or) steep fines(and or)parol.Changing there lives forever. Are you willing to put your ass on the line to provide this service; Provide it to a scene unfortunately composed these days primarily of people who make idiotic statements like you. I seriously doubt you are. This is only a minute fraction of the risk and time associated with providing a new release like this. If I get fisted with a salted boxing glove for saying this, so be it but I desperately felt like you needed to hear this.

(My loop hole) - After burning the movie and stickin er in my dvd player I found that playback on my hdtv provided another but yet very noticeable improvement in all around picture clarity.

Posted by Movie_Insider on 08-26-2005 05:08 PM:

not bad 7/6/8 pic was cool but sound little more hollow than most cams. Movie was great if ya like war movies. Overall good work for first and most likely the only copy to be released.

Posted by moby008 on 08-27-2005 12:07 PM:

watchable, nothing less, nothing more, sound is hollow.

5/6/7

Posted by Peoples-Agent on 09-06-2005 05:44 PM:

6 / 6 / 7 - Seems like a good film, will watch it again on a better release in all it's glory.

As for this release, simply average but 10 for effort to the group.
