epileptic's beware this has an awful flicker that makes for one big migraine, I spotted it in the sample but still grabbed the whole movie and yes its there all the way through, its like a jerky feeling like the scenes change very fast, almost as if one in every 3 frames is missing from the film, shame cos otherwise this would have been a killer release.

v - 5 unbearable flicker
a - 10
m - 8

It's out of sync in certain areas throughout CD1. Haven't watched the movie yet, so I don't know about 2 and 3.

Video - 9 - One of the nicest pic quality

Audio - 3 - Can't be rated high when out of sync -- Other than that, good clean audio

Are you sure you're rating the right release son? There's absolutely no flicker in this.

Anywho- on to the review...

Video: 10. I'm sorry but this is the best god damned telecine i've seen in at least 2 years. No joke. It doesn't get better than this folks. Whatever machine the pirate used is leet. This could easily be mistaken for a DVD rip.

Audio: 9. Only way to make this one perfect is AC3 which is damn near impossible if the source isn't a DVD.

Movie: 7... ok.

Thumbs up for Bullet. Your the only one who actually honestly watched the movie before posting on it.

Just finished watching NBP's copy of this (including the CD2 repack). The picture i do got to admit is pretty nice. Crisp clear pictures and viberant colors. They are starting to learn how to crop properly also.

Only major issue with this release is although the sound is nice and direct. The audio constantly goes in and out of sync throught the entire movie. It will go out of sync for a 2 minute period, correct itself and be good for another 10 mins then go back out of sync.

Quite common with PAL (russian) XViD and NTSC Audio. Frame speed is different so you have to slowdown the audio for it to match. You would think after a year of NBP/TUN re-encoding these russian XViD's they would have it down pat but yet its not ..

Hands down to the russians for a nice picture quality movie. NBP all you have to do is sync english audio .. keep practicing.

I dont know how anyone can vote 9 for the audio unless they havent seen the movie and just rating off the sample or jpg. Sync issue is really annoying.

I was rating the repacked rls and at the time the site hadn't posted the CD2 repack thread.

Also for the first 24hrs of this release, there wasn't a JPG sample available on this site.

Even if you are reviewing the repack... Still way off on your review.

Disk one goes in and out of sync thru out.

V: 9 (One of the better TC's)
A: 5 ( Audio is crisp and clear just goes in and out of sync) I can't give it better... Its gets the 5 as the Audio is perfect in sound so it could be fixed!
M: 7 - I enjoyed this... Big Al is like is always is.... Great to watch!
