From Sample: V:8 A:8. Looks like Rodriguez went overboard on adding dirt etc to make it look like a Grindhouse pic. Pretty stupid IMHO.

I love Planet Terror! Death Proof was 95% girls talking bullshit and 5% action. Boring. Whereas Planet Terror is 100% fun.

i think the video looks pretty terrible, actually.

blocky all over with a faded color of black throughout.

even if the entire movie is supposed to look vintage "grindhouse", the quality of the actual video is like a bad VHS.

v:9 - aren't we supposed to be rating the rip, and not the original? The rip was a great rip of artificially aged and dirty vid. Can't fault NeDiVx for that - they did a great job.
a:8 - wanted my ears to split in the combat scenes and they didn't.
m:8 - liked it a lot better than Deathproof, actually.

V: 9 - looked top notch on my TV
A: 6 - Went quiet in all the loud places
M: 10 - WOW - Didn't think I would like this, but it's movie making gone to the next level.

ok I downloaded this - am pretty confused. I thought robert rodriges was the guy that made sin city? this looks like some stupid 70s horror movie
