...its an mpeg1 svcd, cbr with a dvd resolution. Love it.

Yes, this one is bad, found the sample and watched it its funny ppl rated it 7 because it said SVCD its not good its coded awfully
if it gets spread around much if not nuked it wont be popular

It is a SVCD, but insted of using MPEG2, they used MPEG1. Or I guess It could be a 720x480 VCD?? or MPEG1 DVD-R?? LOL

And the audio I just took apart is VBR MP3 Audio, LOL.

Yeah... something is definately wrong with it resoulotion and format. ANd we all should know this aint no tc. but who cares I watched the old one or 1st rls that was subbed on the pc. But I also got the vigilante. SO guys theres no pinot in this rls unless you think were stupid.... but i dont want to discourage you from future rls just try not to mislable!

Hmmm.... I thought the idea of a vcd/svcd was that it plays in my dvd player? I'd re-encode it for myself, but it doesnt look much better than the vigilante svcd, so Ill leave the re-encoding up to VCDHell. Hahaha. I'm suprised too, why no *nuke* yet?

whats sad is sites let this crap on them.. these groups are here to make fun of the scene , and the scene takes it and respects them, its not their fault for releasing crap, cause our nukers and siteop's are letting it stay.
