ok, so the version i was watching WAS the TCF.... anywho, quality is merely OK. WS is pretty spiffy, but, for first time viewers the Property of Dreamworks really distracts from a damn good movie. o_o *sighs*

at least this was one hell of a birthday present today... =]

I just finished watching this on my standalone a few hours ago and the quality is definitely better than OK, the property of dreamworks was a bit distracting at first but once I got into the movie it was sort of transparent to me. If the counter and watermark wasn't there this would have been the perfect rip! I love this film, sorry for rambling... haven't seen many good domestic horror movies lately.

Thanks TCF
I watched the FTF version (suffered through it i mean)
and your version definitely beat the hell out of theirs!
video alone! Grrrrrrreeeeaaaat stuff!
8/6/9

i may be the only one here, lol, to think this, but i think the lesser quality of the other movies added another element to the movie. i thought it lended itself well. movies like this shouldnt be TO polished, lol.

This is one of my favorite Horror movies of all time. And believe me, i have seen many, many horror movies. Watching a low quality FTF version did add kind of a spooky element to it, but i will still be watching the DVD when i buy it! This version will hold me over until then. The only thing thats frustrating about this release is that everytime i search for it, i always get flooded with "lord of THE RINGs" stuff. Very frustrating. Thanks for posting the jpeg burns. Looks good.

I don't rate without seeing the release.

Yeah I can see where your'e coming from, the picture quality added a griminess to the tone.

Fucking good flicl too, i'll have to pick up a copy of the screener.

Yep you search and search and appears a lot of LOTR stuff, anyway I have downloaded the cd1, its a lot better that the FTF release, the sound is great, image is great too.

The only problem is that 'property of dreamworks' and the counter which rests a little of the grade i give it:

7/8/9

great release from TCF. pic+sound near perfect.
movie was o.k. expected more. not really that scary. very confusing. didnt make sense thru many parts. ending was very confusing as well. worth the view though.
