I guess you haven't been reading what everyone else has posted. The DVD will be available in europe soon (march 10th rental), the first theatrical premier was in norway, august 21st 2002. This happens with alot of movies, not everything pops up in the US first... for example the most recent is Hero.

Just watched this. The video was... what can I say... VHS quality. Since the source is a SCREENER I suppose they did the best they could. Audio was slightly low. Had to turn the volume up a little, but not much. I wish they would've blurred out the time code or something. But this isn't a bad release.

The movie had lots of funny parts. Some ridiculous humor. I don't normally like Heather Graham but I found her extremely attractive in this role. Can't believe Marisa Tomei is 38 and still as cute as a button. And Christine Baranski had lots of good one liners.

Well this is basically an American version of an Indian Bollywood movie so it HAD to have those musical scenes. But I'll agree that the last part was stupid since most of those people shouldn't have known how to dance for that scene. But... it's just a movie.

Don't know where you live but this was out on cinema's ages ago . I live in the UK .
I had a cam of this ages ago ... the film was poo . I ended up giving it to an indian woman who said it was poo .
The Guru is old - I take it this is the guy from eastenders ( Dr.Thongsucker) and heather graham .
Rubbish film - East is east was even worse - comedies never stay funny until the end they all go serious ( except naked gun )

First available version was in august of last year when you put the guru in search .
Maybe not a year ago but a long time ( 6 months )

crappy movie... its a chick flick

nothing funny happens...

its a good story idea gone to waste with cliches and predictability
