Whoops, well saw sample, 7/8/6 for a SCREENER this is pretty bad, but a screener of a new movie it's pretty good.

gotta admire such a quick screener but it is a damn shame the film's director forgot that when setting a "mood" you should at least make it so people can see everything at the same time.

Because the movie is generally dark itself, you can't really blame VCDCentral for that. FOX is a little serial happy though, but hey... it's their movie we're stealing.

Again, great job on the early screener, looks fine and sounds great!

8/8.5/8

Movie was good by the way. It was not as exciting or just "fun loving" as say Spiderman was. It was darker, but not near Batman's quality of that tone. A half-and-half between Batman and Spiderman... worth a watch.

I've watched the movie now and here is a complete review. First as i said the movie contain 5 serials.. one up top, 2 right hand corner, and 2 on bottom by counter. They are intrusive in some respects but you get use to them. In addition, there are various scenes where the movie glitches in spots. Cd 2 REALLY needs a repack becuase that funeral scene has a huge one.. My dvd player froze and i had to manually pass it from starting at Beginning of CD. Go to like 2 hours 5 mins on cd 2 via your pc and you will see what i mean. As for the movie itself, It was ok but long and drawn out. I think the director OVERUSED darkshots and it made it difficult to see movie. It was as clear as its prob going to be in this release here. The color and pic were just fine cept the flaws mention. The sound was wonderful. Best ive heard. If you can live with whats mentioned go for it. I would like a cd 2 repack and i could live with this to. I give pic a 6/ sound a 9/ movie a 4 and Vcdcentral's encoding a 5 ( if that).

my review

Not that bad, Its a tad bit better than ctp it doesn't have blue tint, so its watchable ONLY IF the blurs don't bother you. 7/9/8.

I am seeing glitches here, as well. About six minutes into CD2 is a bad one.

6/8/6 - Video would be 7 if not for all the blurring which at some parts is very annoying. Sound is great for a screener. Movie is ok - the "watch it once and then forget about it" kind of a flick. Not ba dif you don't have anything better to watch (I didn't). Anyway, good job on the early release.

Hmmmm

Rush encode job? Seems to be a lot of block noise, very hard to imagine that was on the original tape.

nice, nice, nice thank u! Thank u so much! The blurs ok are annoying but shit what u gonna do? But at least in this release he is red and u can see what happens in the dark scenes. Unlike CTP all u saw was a head and heard bang bnag fart. So thank u so much for this release. 8/9/5.

The audio is completely superb, although I can't help but prefer Centropy's video. I'll get over the blurs and counter, though - they aren't too terribly annoying, and setting those aside the quality is pretty damn good. DD is such an aural-based movie though, so I think the great audio outweighs the couple of video downfalls.

I re-burned each disc and no more glitches. Maybe flakey media...

You'd really have to like this movie to bother downloading this, not that it isn't an improvement, it's just the watermarks/blurs get in the way. This is all just based on the sample though, since I'm not dieing to watch this again I'll just hold onto the TS for now.

That is usually the case with SCREENERS vs TS's. Screeners should always look better... I for one thought this movie SUCKED 2 fighting scenes and then just a bunch of bullshit. 6/8/2
