Certainly i agree 7/8/NA Great job CTP

Posted by desertboy on 03-12-2003 12:43 AM:

Cack utter cack. Bad angle like sitting in the corner of a cinema creaking your head up to watch it. Wait for a screener or a slim chance that TCF might proper. If it wasn't for the angle I'd I have given it 8/8/? Not watched it all just skimmed the 1st part with the angle 5/5/? unwatchable at least for me.

:: If you dont mind me asking, how does the angle take away from the sound? ROFL

I'm sorry I just noticed that myself. I meant 5/8/? a bit to eager last night and a couple of pints in the pub that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

I thought was a great release overall. Good movie aswell. Keep up the great work I give it a 8/7/7

Posted by faYth on 03-12-2003 02:15 AM:

it doesnt even look like it was a bad angle. it looks like it was a VHS rip and they used a bad vcr with bad tracking. There has to be some program to fix it. still it is a good release, the angle is kindof annoying but sound and picture are great and very watchable 7.5/9/??

Posted by KrackZaa on 03-12-2003 03:27 AM:

Quality is very good, better angle than hjs, and unsubbed. Colors are very clear and crisp. Definitely a very good quality ts.

8/8/8

Posted by Dune on 03-12-2003 03:42 AM:

besides for the bad angle this is great 6/8/5 it woulda got a 7 but this is a SVCD this would have made a perfect VCD and i thought the audio was great and movie was ok not bruce willi's best i hope the whole 10 yards aka the whole 9 yards 2 will be better then this when that releases

For once I agree with VCD-Mad CTP's latest releases were cool besides the blue tint but this fucking blows I dunno what u people are smoking. Fucking stretch arm-strong screen fucking man I dun give a fuck tell me go film it myself this one I will go to the theater o well shit happens. 4 (would of been a 7 or 8)/8/?

Posted by Smurf Boy on 03-12-2003 05:46 AM:

The colors are vibrant and the sound is great, at least from the sample, but the angle ruins the movie. Although it's better than the HJS release, if you aren't going to see it in theaters I'd wait for a much better release, though that will likely be a while. 5/8/5

Posted by phoR20 on 03-12-2003 06:02 AM:

Your half way there...

No Blue tint, nice color + audio, but wut tha fuck is up with all those Jay Leno's?

damn almost had it Centropy

wit luv

5/7.5/7.5

Posted by LuDes on 03-12-2003 07:08 AM:

well i have to agree that it has really good color and sound , but damn can no one score a good seat the this movie? I really hope the colors continue in Centropy's future releases, and there sound is good as always.....

5/8/?

thank you ctp for another great telesync!

the AR is very odd, makes everyone look like a neanderthol. must've been filmed in a front/right row. but if you use the zoom function in windvd to stretch it out a bit, its much more watchable. (for windvd noobs, just highlight any section of the screen while youre watching it, and it will zoom)

but its FREE and great quality! so whoever bitches about this rls should pull the giraffe penis out their ass and just enjoy the fucking movie!

thanks again ctp. you never cease to amaze me. gonna take this one on my business trip this weekend and watch it in the hotel with a bottle of jack =]

BOO WAR, YAY PEACE

Nice job Centropy, but the 'angle' (laughs out loud) is bad.

I dont think this is the angle at all. Its the ASPECT RATIO... say it with me now... A-S-P-E-C-T ----- R-A-T-I-O, not angle... lol

angle would mean buddy who filmed this sat on the right side of the movie theater making it almost a crooked picture, and its NOT.

Its just a thin wide picture... Its like they have cropped it down from a Fullscreen release to a widescreen and they cut it down way to much, making all the characters look chubby.

Nice release. 6/7/?

Re: aight

im watching it now. this aint no screener, its a ts, look at the warp.

Posted by B16A2 on 03-12-2003 12:14 PM:

Are you guys f!@kin' kiddin' me, if you can watch this 1 hour and 58 minutes film at that angle then mad props to you because that is annoying as hell. I give credit to CTP when credit is due but some of you are overexaggerating the quality of this release. Sharp image, nice colors, good audio but DAMN annoying angle (yes ANGLE, say it with me now ANGLE not ASPECT RATIO). I can't stand VCDCentral's blurs and this is a million times a worse case scenario for a CTP release.

I can prove You Wrong, why don't u fix a JPG, and post it. The guy is in first or 2nd Row taking the film, that is why actor's Jaw looks soo HUGE. its not that u can full screen it and i would be ok. This is called (( Bad Angle ))

Are you on crack, angle A-N-G-L-E not aspect ratio for those of use lucky enough to own a copy of xbmp we can change aspect ratio very very easily in realtime to a custom aspect ratio. I can tell you from my experience you are full of shit, it is a crooked picture they just cropped it. If I wrong I don't care but I'm not, just open photoshop style program and stretch/squash image you'll see much better tho using xbmp (I realise only a few of you have or know what XBMP but I couldn't recommend any player more.

OK CT-P you have ALMOST done it. You got the color back and blue gone, now you just need to not cam from the bottom right hand corner of the theatre and you will be back. Other than that bad angle it is GREAT. I really like CT-P releases. Most people say their quality isnt good, but it is as good as any screener (with no messages) and around when the release is in theatres.
