great picture but annoying buzz in sound. if you are really annoyed by it buy a ticket to the movie, sit by the hearing disabled section and plug your casette recorder into the headphone jack and record it while being blindfolded and have plugs in your ears. then go home and watch it with your new sound.

i like ctps new releases. i didnt like the blue rls's this is much better and very watchable. 8/5/9

As for video, the angle is still thre, maybe less prominent than The Hunted. Still makes you look for the for the angle throughout the film though

Definitely would take the blue over the "star wars intro" angle

Great looking video, especially for a TS source though there is a slight angle that is unwanted. Audio has the typical buzz of a CTP TS, but other than that it's quite good. Overall the movie is alright, though Chris Rock in a semi- serious/romantic role didn't do it for me, it still has some laughs. 8/7/6

Good Release...very solid picture/sound gj centropy!

This angle is disgusting. it's either blue tint or an angle? no in between? give me a break rappa, spiderman looked good, had good color and the picture was straight. little grainy, but the video wasn't lopsided. everyone i know bitches about it massive. there is a buzz, but i have an EQ that reduces it. i wish TCF would produce more TSs! These latest centropy releases look good on small tv's, but anything big i've played them on the angle just ruins it completely. good job though guys.

Nice clarity but same bad angle and this time am I the only one that noticed how much of the actual image is cropped compared to it's theatrical counterpart (looks about over 33+%), you guys don't honestly think movies are FS do ya? Sound is ok yet slight hiss compared to previous CTP. 7/6/?

Once again, one of the best Ts' Ive ever seen, really clear pic, not grainy at all, Much better on the angle this time. The sound sounded fine to me... If i turned it up real loud I could here a hiss.. 9/8

Perhaps I need to watch further into this release-- based on the opening two scenes, the "buzz" everyone is talking about is unnoticable to me. Possibly because my treble is turned way down from watching Bringing Down The House. The picture quality is un-freaking-believable: the colors (!) are vivid and sharp, and the angle issue has nearly been solved. The opening shot of Mount Rushmore was jaw-dropping. When I tell my friends I got a new movie to watch, they now ask, "Is it Centropy?" before asking what movie I got! I prefer wide-screen, personally, but when you're dealing with this kind of quality, this early in a movie's release schedule, who cares?

Man whats the problem with people rating a TS?
This release its nearly PERFECT! angle problem? bah! not an issue you dont miss sh!t! ! Hiss problem? get a decent 5.1 sourround system and sounds very good!! the encode on this movie its nearly perfect! with a 2100Kbps true the whole movie what else do you want? a dvd rip? pufff! come on! remmeber the source!! TS!! it gets annoying to read all the complains about ts rips! go and complain about shitty Dvdrips! and truely shitty TS,

but anyway to me this is a 9.5/9.0/1 yeah the movie BLOWS... Chris Rock comedy in this movie is plain dumb!

P.s its not a perfect 10 because of the angle nothing else, the encode its perfect! centropy is doing a great job at encoding now! way to go!! keep them coming and for all the dumb ppl who downloads the sample and rates the release plz get the whole thing , watch the whole movie... then rate the movie! my 2 cents.

I just have a question for the moaners , how often do you go to the cinema and you get to sit in the middle of the middle row? hardly at all? well yyou would then be watching the movie at an angle, but do you winge to the staff?

at least its only slightly off and great picture, no heads in it, and you dont have some fool slurping his cola right next to you. I think its quite a good trade off personally.

Saw it in the theatre the day it came out. Then got the centropy release..While it still might be considered decent.. it is not the best of CTP releases..

as for the audio problem its not much worse as the usuall tcf ts's
video is great there is a slight buzz on the audio thats why u shouldnt watch this on surround sound

I barely noticed the angle. Didn't mind it being FS either. I couldn't hear the buzz on my TV at all. All in all I think this is a great release. I don't htink the quality matches Hunted but CTP is back and I am very proud they've got it figured out pretty much again. Sorry whatever happened before happened, but at least you found your way. BTW I'm not sucking CTP dick as if often mentioned on these forums, I'm offering sincere thanks for a group that actually has some technical knowledge and skill. Just to keep things even, a special thanks to FTF for backing off the crap ass releases daily.

I didn't even notice the buzz on my stand-up player.....quality was pretty decent....i'd say 8/7/6.....

The movie wasn't that great....

BEATIFUL FUCKING AWESOME. The buzz ... is hardly noticable the pic looks better than a scr. The movie ahh well u know. 9.5/8/5.
