- Color fades between light & dark, audio is a bit hissy

Video.. ugh. Way to white, colors are bad, total crap. Audio.. total crap once again. Sounds very 'hollow' and some weird ass effects going, can't really explain it. Don't get this copy.
I watched this and it seems like a Dam Cam it so bad
What the ?
sound is bad you get this really annoying buzzing sound.... picture watchable to good but the colours....feel like im watching one of those old black and white films digitally enhanced to colour.... 1 red 1 green 1 yellow 1 blue etc.....
laughter in the background...... to be honest im not that sad to check it against my vcd central version but id swear it was the same...........
Btw I did a search on SVCD Screeners. and it appears that LEGiON was the first to do a SVCD screener (Serving Sarah).
Just thought I'd mention that because the xp0s nfo said that RSP was starting SVCD SCR.

Well, everyone's said how rough the video is.. intensely over-saturated colors, people disappear when they go into shadows, there is no facial expression because it's so bright the whole half of their face appears to be the source of light. It never moves (the camera never shakes
Regarding audio, after the first 2 minutes, every few minutes it starts alternating between cutting one or the other of the audio channels and adding an annoying buzz in the background. However, when by chance those two things aren't competing for your hearing, you can hear laughter and the ocassional cough from the crowd. And exactly 30 minutes into the flick, someone opens a bag of popcorn. Sound is also rather tinny, but you can always hear the music and dialogue over all the distractions.
I'm really not sure how telecine audio works.. is it possible they got a botched audio and wound up ripping the audio from a cam and putting them together? Other than that possibility, it nearly has to be a plain cam.
The movie isn't all that great, but Mr. Bean's still one funny guy.
