-- Finding Nemo *SVCD* - TELESYNC - FTF (http://forum.vcdq.com/showthread.php?threadid=20502)
lol
FTF Left it open for a sequal, Still Searching for Nemo
aTTicA
"umm i could be wrong but i think that means: finding nemo *its missing the ending*.. concidering its not a proper or a repack.. they just changed the release name to *missing ending* i do believe that just denotes that the ending is indeed missing"
I don't know if thats sarcasm or not, but I thought my query was quite reasonable, the nfo doesn't state how long this rls is, it quotes 101min which is the imdb stated runtime, I want the release for my daughter, and really dont want to have to explain why the last 15-20 minutes are missing, if it literally freezes the screen or whatever just before the credits roll, then fair enough.
They didnt change the release name to *missing ending* on the svcd encode, obviously its from the same source, but the nfo just says "we apologise for the missing section".
I'm just rambling, if I got you wrong aTTicA, then I apologise, I may be a noob as far as posting to this board goes, but I'd like to think I know enough about the scene to know if I'm asking a stupid noob question.

4/4/?? Cant wait to see this!
omg this is one of the most fuckin worst released movies ever! 4 peeps
::Sounds to me like the people mentioned in what i edited (since it has no bearing) are just dumb.. dont think it has anything to do with FTF -FuzZ::
Just to clarify, the ending is there on this release, i'm sat here now watching the credits so the release HAS been fixed. Looks good for a first release of the movie but then I'm a sucker for Pixar movies, hehehe.
The ending is not missing, the first release they did of this it was but this one has the ending that's why the released it.
there's something about animation and needed very bright and not fuzzy. anyway its very watchable
finally got a hold of this one, ain't so bad

file doesnt work with vcdgear
has anyone actually downloaded the movie not the sample?
I have clean download with no rar errors on unpacking.
Vcd gear encodes properly from bin to mpeg but when I go to
file it just has the bin and que file folders like it hasnot been converted to mpeg yet. Although it has.
WIERD. never had this problem before.
Am I nuts.
Thanks
The Mojo Man
Sample looks good on pc. Dont think it will hold up on the vega though. good effort. Fast realease
COme on simply the best! Centropy cant wait for yours!
1900k CBR
FTF was never much of a VBR Multipass SVCD group. It could have looked a lot better with more passes.
Okay... with so many smack talking "top site" studz around here, why hasn't anyone addressed the missing footage issue? The nfo says "missing footage". It doesn't say how much or where in the movie, so if someone could simply watch the clock or set a timer we could get an idea of how much of the flick isn't there. 101 minus XX minutes. Not too tough. Thanks.
From the sample
6/5/?
Probs go take my little bro watch it (thats my excuse to go and see it lol)
Looks good though
quote:Because you didn't read this thread. As youngpadawan said a few posts before yours, the NFO was referencing to FTF's VCD version of this. The SVCD has no missing footage.

How are you going to explain to parents/neighbours/John Law when your daughter goes to school/friends house and says "My Daddy let me watch Finding Nemo on the TV last night"
Kids talk, watch your back.

watched the whole thing, and just to confirm, yes this is complete, its not missing the end, and I saw it in theatres too so I know...
and the quality is better than I thought, especially compared to other ftf svcd ts. Not great, but I wasnt expecting it to be.
and IceShark: after I burned it, before I deleted the bin/cue, I converted it with VCDGEAR, just to see if it would work, and I got a good mpeg file with no problems. bin/cue -> mpg , make sure 'correct mpeg errors' is NOT checked, and under options, make sure 'disable mpeg splitting' IS checked
and maybe just cause Im a dirty Canadian or something but where Im from all "My Daddy let me watch Finding Nemo on the TV last night" is going to lead to is people asking where they can get a copy from for their kid
finally watched this
video is nice..mostly cuz cartoon ts's always are
audio is bad hard to understand, kept having to turn up the volume
movie is pretty good

***All Video/Audio info based on sample***
5 - Video was tolerable, but not for my taste (especially since it is a pixar production)
4 - Audio had a very noticable hiss, below standard.
8 - Went to the theater to see the flick, very touching heart warming story. It will be included in my list of Disney's modern classics (maybe you have to have a son like me to feel this way)
Props on the early release.
