video was grainy but watchable on my 27", sound was a lil muffled, just play with eq on stereo, movie wasnt too bad either

Just got the sample for the videocd release, sound excellent, video better, but I hear that there are problems with one of the CD's stop playing and the ending is supposidly missing, but that is detailed in the nfo... downloading now.

Ok, the reason why this movie release was NOT cropped, is because the picture moves slowly thruought the movie... I mean, its not noticible, its just the camera slipping, at one point they tried the cam and centerize it but apparently it made it go towards the top of the screen so there was a lot of dark on the bottom, no dark on the top... Cutting out the black parts would lead to some cropping of the movie itself at some parts.

Also, about..... 30 minutes into the movie there is a HEAD, but its not too bad.

The flickering at the upper left (reason for nuke), was annoying, but i was able to position it off the screen using xbox media center.

The sound was decent, a few times i couldnt hear what they said but it was decent.

None of this stuff really bothered me that much, because i didnt exactly enjoy the movie anyway... Its so damn cheezy for a sci-fi film, it had those stupid 50's quotes too... And too much shit off from the plot (for example the romance parts and the part where the dogs chase the kids)

the day after tomorrow - special effects = cheezy 50's scifi movie

Decent release, VideoCD's looks AWESOME tho. I give FBC props though
