Man who in the hell said your name. I didn't point you out or target your name for everyone to see. And I'm not wrong..when you say mono people think one speaker, next time just clarify what you mean. And grow up and stop being so defensive I never said shit about you or even stated your name.

nice, form the sample 9,9,?
, but i already got videocd and since i have a slooooow dsl i wont be getting this one also, have to keep up with other releases :P.

BTW being mono doesnt mean it only plays in one speaker, thats just the case of a BAD stereo with one mute channel, wich is very different to MONO, or you can even get 2 channels with the same audio as the mono just repeated in both sterreo channels wich is still bad stereo (more like DUAL mono lol) with no difference in what you hear :S.

that is for the people that think one speaker only when they read mono, for the ones that already know what mono and stereo means, you can ignore this.

Leaving the credits intact on a ts is just a waste of bitrate that would be better used on the whole of the movie, so stop whining if they're cut, if you wanna know if you missed some of the movie, go to the theater

Mono or stereo? I dont know and dont really care. Adjust your amp/receiver to fade to the back and you really cant tell. Somebody mentioned lack of subtitles but i didnt even notice where any were necessary but i did get up for a sec to refill my drink. In any case couldnt have missed much at all if any. Also sidebar is gone when watched on standalone. So anybody bitchin should stop cryin like little girls and TRYIN to find things wrong. Movie just hit theatres and we got a dvdrip so be happy.

p.s. i dont post often so while i'm here i must say to all the centropy fanboys, please get their dicks outta your mouths

8.5/8/5

Not the best TC, missing pic on left side, grainy and blocky. Probably lloks fine on a standalone best copy out there but I just watched VideoCD's copy so I don't think I'll be getting it again.

6/8/4 (6 for video as this was a TC we really expect better)

just watched cd1 and all i can say is to me it looks like a good TS, it has the pulsation effect with bright seens that usually is present in TS's, reminds me of the terminator3 TC that caused such "discussion". Over all very good and perfectly watchable, for the pre to dvd time its awsome. However for the group to even consider it retail form anywhere is either an amazing prop to the silver factory or a very big shame on them.

8/9/?? need to see cd2

i watched on a monitor, on the old tv this would look the nuts

IT's a TC, but not that gr8.. Just my opinion.. Stick with VideoCD if u don't care about subs and a lil of ending.. nice try though MPT.. Chakra still kings of TC...

What is funny is that this is getting a better rating than the Chakra release of harry potter. It has the sidebar and such and still it is rated about as high as a TC can go. ?
I think somebody is stuffing the ballot box

Well the R6 retail ???? does look better than this encode of it. Its very clear and has ac 5.1 sound...

Not the best encode of a dvdr i have seen must have rushed it to be cool..

Whats with the side bar thats not on the R6 and defintly is not cool.....

Posted by Movie_Insider on 06-22-2004 11:59 AM:

Posted by scousethief on 06-22-2004 02:08 PM:

looks fine to me 8/8/6

film was ok not what i thought it would turn out to be and def not the actors i thought wouldve been best to play the parts ,as always the original was far superior

Posted by djj on 06-22-2004 03:06 PM:

Excellent telecine, shame about sidecrop though. Both video and audio are good. Movie is just ok.

i JUST now got around to checking this one out on the tv...i think its excellent...im starting to wonder if people nuke stuff for something to do...

Posted by Luvs2juice on 06-24-2004 09:41 PM:

watched the whole thing i give it 8/8/6, i had a problem with
cd-2 20 mins in it became very pixelated and choppy and out of sync for about 20 mins. anyone else have this problem?

Posted by Mr E on 07-03-2004 12:33 AM:

I don't know what all the sidebar shits about, it certainly showed up on my PC but when burnt to CD it vanished.

I checked it on a standard 4:3 TV and widescreen 16:9 and no sidebars present, so I'm happy.

Quality is excellent, I won't need this again until it comes out on retail DVD.

Video 9
Audio 9
Movie 6 (It kinda sucked!)
