was kind of wondering this myself too.....I can't find this release anywhere.

how exactly would someone go about checking a single rar (in this case it's .r09) file for interlacing

Posted by Dudi on 07-31-2004 12:35 AM:

Just finished watching the movie, I can't believe they nuked this..

Before watching the movie, I didn't know what interlaced means and after watching the movie I still don't.. Watched on my TV after vcdgear'ing it, quality was good, what was better was the movie.

Hope everyone can get this somehow, I had a hard time finding it myself.

watching it now on my stand alone DVD and it has a very good pic and sound. 8.5/9/9

I Know this is going to sound stupid..But I just watched half the movie and i dont see anything wrong with it really. What is the official/technical/scene-standard definition of "Interlaced" referring to in this sense?
Point out is I cant really find anything wrong with it =/

not THAT bad

ok this isnt as bad as some have tried to make it, also its not as good as others make it, if u cant see the interlacing... well i dont know, must be my 35.99 dvd player but its not bad and its a documentary, its not gonna effect the info at all, u may get annoyed at 4-5 times during the movie, then again i burned to disk... any way 6/9/7, very watchable but i am voting against most dvdscr so that is warranted, either way this is worth a watch, may not be your bag, but it is important stuff...

:: ppl were talking about the interlacing, and theres a perfect pic of what that is.. saved mpt dvdscr pic, look at the dudes head, any1 said this pic is perfect isnt looking, but it isnt bad, just not right... i watched on 13" and 36" diff dvd players, and its there...

I don't get why this is nuked, i burnt it to some CDR's watched it in my dvd player, and looked perfectly fine, it actually looked great. Shouldn't be nuked.

Great release

Flawless picture and sound, "For screening purposes only" came up 3 times and didn't last long.

The movie was a good laugh and not one sided at all.

Perfect Picuture and Sound. Extremely happy and suprised. Excellent screener quality. Near DVD except for surround sound. Should not have been nuked. I would have never known its "interlaced" or whatever its called. The rules should state: if it at all effects the quality of viewing, then a nuke can take place. This release had NO EFFECT on quality viewing due to "interlacing"..

Great release guys! I rarely eat fast foods anyways, but now Im glad to see it out in the open.. Too bad people are so ignorant that it wont help..Hey, its your body, not mine...do what u want..and suffer the consequences..Just as bad as being an alocoholic..

Great movie that explains a lot of shit of which that we should already be aware.

Flawless pic, flawless sound.

I need to watch this every so often, as it not only picks on the fast food chains, but some of the horrid shit we eat even at home.

Posted by Moloko_Plus on 08-01-2004 05:57 AM:

Im never eating any fast food again, oog..I never ate mcdonalds, the occasional burger king, but nah..
Great movie, Great encode job, i still dont see the interlace..=/

If you liked this movie check out the book "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlosser and "The Jungle" by Upton Sinclair, both are great dealing more of this subject of the meat packing industry, inhumane conglomerations, etc.

Movie: 10
Audio: 10
Story: 10
