Stick with the ctp one,even with its glare problems it still beats this one.

And the black and white thing gets annoying as does the poor encode.

Yep definaely stick to ctp's one as this is not that good, the encoding is quite bad on it and even though it is a screener the telesync looks of higher quality and doesn't go black and white either.

Here ill put this in terms all u lil dalnet newbies know...Its a PURE SCR, no CTP'S is not nearly as good, The black and white happens 5times throughout the movie for about wat, 5 fucking seconds. Its not no fucking telesync neither, if it was you wouldnt see advertisements..CTP RGB wasnt correct on this rls neither..a lil too much blue still and had big glare problems. Try watching samples on ur damn dvd players, then u see quality or not, not on ur pcs that have like onboard video and onboard sound cuz u wouldnt get shit out of that. This byfar beats any release and for all u dick sucking fags out there, get a life.

This is a Centropy release. You can see a little of the boom mic at the top and was cropped for this scr release they say. Also you can see the Twin Towers on Spider Man's reflection on his mask and I'll be the final version won't show that.

This seems to be a nice release, just watched the samples.

Yep, I agree. This rls is much better than CTP's. The only problem I have with it is it's a little blocky. I know there's a way to clean that up, but I'm not too skilled in that department yet. I did post something about it in the new section (encoding help/questions). I'm not dogging anyone here, while CTP's rls was very good for a telesync, I've been waiting for a screener for a while, and now I have it. And thank god it's only 2 CDs!!

ok, after all those constructive and useful comments I thought I'd add one of my own. This release is a decent one, nice screener... nice vcd. The thing does look blocky when played on my standalone dvd-player, which is pretty normal when a vcd is played fullscreen. The bw-fading is not annoying me at all, the 4 times or so it happens for less then 10 seconds are not disturbing. If this one is better then the ctp release? Dunno, hard to tell... One thing to keep in mind is that this is a 2cd vcd, the ctp release is a 3cd svcd. Ofcoz the ctp has better image, as in less blockiness. The source from this one is better tho as far as I'm concerned... I wish they had made a 2/3 cd svcd from it...

Both releases have their pros and cons.

ctp: good pic/sound (for a ts anywayz) but well... a TS
thciso: good source, mediocre pic/sound (hell, it's a vcd). I think this one would be better for a small screen/watching on the puter and the ctp might be better for a full screen/standalone dvd-player. I bet that if thc-iso had made a svcd from this it would beat ctp to the bone.

No im not expert at encoding but all i meant was that there are visible jagged lines around the actors when seen from a distance and it does get blocky.

I don't think CTP are that good, I think there starwars was quite unwatchable on the first CD due to the glare.

Look, let me say my 2 cents. This release is definatly better than the Centropy one. But for the people who continuasly bitch about Centropy lovers, understand that Centropy was a good group, much better than any other TS group out at the moment, so people liked them because they released good shit. I liked them, and If they started releasing again I'd still like them. But they're gone right now and yeah that sucks, but damn stop whining about it. They arent gonna come back because you bitch on VCDQ forums.

Now, Just because someone like's CTP's releases doesn't mean they're sucking they're dick or blah blah whatever flaming answer you want to give. Of course we're tired of hearing about it, call them out for that, but not for liking on of the best TS groups there are.

Well i haven't watched the Centropy release yet, so im just judging it as it is...not comparing to any other releases

Video was good, beginning and ending had a few glitches [were only a few seconds] and i didn't really like the black and white+message parts, even though they are a mere 10 seconds or so, but still, just my opinion.

Audio was pretty good, not really much to complain on that part.

i personally dont know anything about encoding or anything like that, but all you guys that fight about who sucks the most dick from whichever rls group are fucking stupid. Just comment on the fucking release itself and dont bring all these other rls groups in it.
