list of players that i own that play this
Mintek 1600
Apex 2600
AMW V101
Philips DVP 642 which plays Xvid....hottest player going
So get it togther and buy a REAL Standalone please............
Also another annoyance, if you have a dvd-r of a movie release it as that, dont waste time authoring to xvid or svcd first, just shows your still living in the past with limited bandwith or too cheap for a 20 cent dvd-r blank......leave it to the IRC kiddies like TMD.....![]()
Leave the source as is and be a man

I'm not commenting on this particular release, but on the tsunami appeal release which was nuked. I watched the entire thing tonight, and it was perfect quality all the way through no slow down or poor quality scenes. I don't understand the reason for nuking. Maybe if it were played on a DVD player? I played it on a laptop connected to a TV, and it was near perfect. 9.5/10/10

i have a first gen apex, i also have a dvi out to my dlp. i love making a final dvd. not to sell, not for anyone other than myself. i like going to the country house, where i might add there is only 56k, and being able to watch movies on teh weekend....
granted i learn something new every time i make one, from using swf's as startup screens etc.
i am using nero, and to be honest i think it sucks, but i dont know any other altenatives,
i know this is a discussion on this movie, so maybe i shoudl post in another forum....
but any quick advice on how they would turn 3 disk or 4 disks into one finsihed dvd start to finish would be pricless in my opinion..
as for this release, i have now watched the entire thing and i thought it was great, looked amazing on my dlp (i watched it tv out)
[EDIT:: You're right, you are asking in the wrong forum. Considering this question has been answered in the CORRECT part of the forum a shitload of times, consider yourself lucky that you're not banned for deliberatley breaking posting rules! - Neversoft]
This release, pretty good; the best SVCD, bust at 4 cds it could of looked better.
Any of the DVD-r are top notch, get them over the SVCD as the sizes are close and a big enough quality difference.
All the XVID rips looked like utter crap to me, avoid like the plague.
Final summation, dont suck like me and waste 16 gigs bandwidth, and 3 hours of your life watching this boring crap.
SVCD 7.5/9.5/4
Awesome release but at 4 discs i just went with the equal fine DVDR rip by Tsunami Appeal. PROPS to both groups on very fine release indeed. Now i can finally watch this behemoth in style.
8.5/9/8
Is it that CD1 has only got red/blue & not green? (RGB) or am I having acid flashbacks?
So is someone going to rip & post Hell's Angels?
