Absolutley beautiful! Tun is right up there with Chakra, Centropy, and Maven now! This is practically dvd quality! Keep up the great work! 9/9/9

Great looking release...just one thing. At 14:04 into the first cd it freezes up. Anyone else have this happen? Bad rar maybe?

9/9/?

Woot!
Absolutely fantasic job TUN and very badly needed.
Take it easy rating the movie. Your GFs/wives will like it and sometimes that's a very good thing.

I really like this copy, I like the colors and the clarity of the video. The sound is more fuller than previous releases. Enough said...

Very very nice quality.

Quality sort of inbetween VHS and DVD screener.. keep up the good work and thanks TUN

10/9/8 (Anything with will smith is 7 at least)

I waited and waited and waited for a decent release to come out, and none of them looks satisfying enough for me to watch, then TUN graced me with this flawless Telecine, congrats TUN!

Skimmed through this release, very very nice. Widescreen, uncropped, vibrant and vivid colors, sound is extremely clear, very nice boys.

Vidoeo: 9 (1 point off for the picture being a little shaky)
Audio: 9 (1 point off for being really low, but no biggie)
Movie: ? (Will watch this later)

It looks like the same source from the samples.

Since Tun's rls is a 3-disker it's almost as much bandwidth as the DVDR, so I'm grabbing that instead, if just for the 5.1 audio.

Cracking effort all the same. TUN have had some stick in their time but they seem to be coming up with the goods of late.

10/10/? - Really pushes the limits of what you can achieve with an SVCD telecine. Gorgeous.

I have the release and think its ace.I have noticed in the last month alot of people rating things badly. i ahve missed a few good films for example.man of the house was slated and so i waited nothing else came out so i got the version and it was cool.people need to be more careful with comments and ratings.remember we get these for nothing and there pirates, there not going to be perfect!!

great flick!

Though we appreciate Tun's work, forget the TC. The DVD just got released by meteor.

Very good quality, not spectacular, but good.

It was definately a Telecine to VHS (*maybe* SVHS) rip then to digital, not straight through to digital.

Red colors are a bit too saturated, some dark scenes are a tad bit too dark as well. but nothing *too* major, I've seen better telecines (and telesyncs for that matter!)

Audio is spot on!

Not much grain in this release either, probably most of it was masked from the VHS transfer.

Overall-
Video: 7.5
Audio: 9
Movie: (still watching)

the movie is pretty funny too.. more than I was expecting.

video:9
