I went to the cinema to see the movie today. What can I say? Batman Begins is what the Batman movies should have been right from the start. The single best super hero movie l've ever seen and the best action movie I've seen for years. As I left the cinema I could barely believe what I'd just seen.

So you can confirm he current releases are missing 20 mins?

Just as I wrote in the POT thread. This release is not worth getting either. My reasons: Dull colors, bad framerate, flicker, pixelated. Sound, audible, which is good, but with bad video, who cares.

3/4/9

Video quality was pretty bad but watchable after adjusting the settings on my tv. A few minutes were obviously edited out just before the batmobile scene with Morgan Freeman and a short period where the cam is moved out of position and you get a shot of one of the pillars in the movie theater.
Audio was hollow sounding. Adjusting the treble helped a little but not much. Short burst of laughter during a scene where Bruce cracks a joke with Alfred; someone also has a baby in the theater. Audio also goes slightly out of sync around the last 20 minutes.
Excellent movie nonetheless. I recommend seeing it in a theater but if you can't make it to one, wait for a better release.

this is NOT a re-encode of the POT release, in POTs release the camer puts a coat over the camera at about 2 minutes in, this one shows the whole screen for that 2 minutes, so it cant be the same code, I dont know what you guys have d/loaded but its not this one,
this is blury and has crap sound just like the POT release but it is complete and from a different source.
v4

m6.5

Thumbs down

Bad picture/Bad sound/Bad movie

Posted by concius on 06-18-2005 09:59 AM:

nice work camex, there is the deleted scene, obvious from the jump, but nice cam none the less.
video 4.0 for the loss.
audio 5.0 little scratchy and there is an apparent hum.
movie 8.0 and thats because this is the best batman to hit the theaters is a long time!

No sorry, I got the POT release but it was so poor that I only watched the first 10 minutes of it.

Maybe you should watch it in the cinema instead of a crap cam? Then you'd realise what a fantastic movie this is.
