some people dont watch TS or cams. i know i wait now for the best possible rip which is usually retail or some TC. i dont even get dvdscr because of certain things (B&W and scrolling messages) ill prolly wait til retail for this one aswell as it does look great. i might even go to watch it at the cinema aswell, i just dont know!

just tried CD1 of this. the sample is fine, sync-wise, but the actual one is off-sync, as has been described by others on here.

i have XBMC and tried it first with that, and it was all out of sync. then tried it on the pc and the same thing occurs. the xvid codec i'm using is XviD Media Codec 1.0.2 if this helps...

as i'm gathering this'll be sorted out soon, here's my rating thus far:

Video: 9 (looks perfect, and i can't imagine the retail xvid will differ much)

Audio: 8 (a bit too quiet. i'm not rating it according to the sync issue, though)

Film: 10 (my current favourite film of this year)

NO SYNC ISSUES.

Ahem.

Yah I haven't seen any definable sync issues in this at all really. Watched XviD on PC thru MPC, no sync issues. Thru JVC DivX DVD Pleyer in XviD form, no sync issues. Converted to DVD using VSO DivX to DVD, no sync issues. I don't know if you guys just need new codecs/pc/os reinstall or what but this looks fine for me and no sync issues, i repeat, no sync issues.

Review:
9/8/10

Peace.
