Nice quality A/V. AR is annoying but correctable. The real problem is the audio going out of sync

8/8/? if the audio didn't slip

watched the actual full rls tonight, goes out of sync.

props to prevails source but sorry, prevail fucked it up. after about 25 mins the audio goes out of sync.

losers.

Comments are accurate...Aspect Ratio, blur on left center of screen, and a sync problem 20 minutes into the film. Video is as good as can be. Good release!! Too bad so many are so ungratefull.

Good job for an early release, but maybe a bit rushed!
AR is out as the nuke says. Audio is out of sync. Horrible blur to obscure the counter on the middle left of the picture, very noticable. Don't know what would be worse, the blur or the counter?

V - 5 -Bad AR/ blurred out counter. Otherwise good.

A- 6 -Would have been nice except for the lip sync.

M - ? -Decided not to watch, will wait for better copy. Looks good though

not wanting to sound ungratefull but seriously, whats the point in a film that has audio out of sync with video unless you spend an hour or so fixing it yourself.

all well and good getting a good source but to then fuck it up by rushing it out is just lazy, stupid, gay and lame.

WOW post something thats worth posting not the same junk over and over again. How bad is the audio sync problem.

AR

If you can't change the aspect ratio yourself before you burn it then you really have no place here. I mean how fucking lame can you be?

10/10/10 You don't get anymore perfect than this (I'm a fan David C. Big fan)

This is one of the best releases of a wide released mainstream movie within a week of it's release in a long time.

flix

I don't get why this is getting rated so well.
Picture and audio are nice but, How do you release something when then audio goes out of sync for 75% of the movie.

I would rather have tin can sound then have it be out if sync. The over blur was enough but out the two together and you make it not enjoyable at all.

thanks for tryin

Well, It's a shame about the sync and the dodgy aspect ratio(I dont care anyway as it's not a problem on a widescreen tv). This could have been pretty good, however there is a divx video logo that pops up from time to time making this a re-encode, and after looking at the audio sync prob for a while to see if I could fix it, it seems to me that it's not actually a bog standard sync problem, but the problem is with the soundmix of the source (some people will be in sync, whilst sfx and other people will be out slightly) so I doubt we will se a repack of this one. anyway as for ratings
Video: 8 - Pretty good for a re-encode of divx source
Audio: 6 - Good and clear but the sound mix is dodgy
Movie: ? - Not watched fully yet.

HLS have taken this source and fixed the sound and AR problems

very good quality would have been 9/9 if not for the blurred serial and audio going out of sync. Very very good movie IMO.

Not that bad. It goes out of sync briefly about 20 minutes into the movie but fixes itself after that. It is not out of sync for 75% of the movie as someone posted.

The blur isn't a big deal either. You get used to it after a few minutes and the counter wasn't blurred for aesthetics, it was done to protect PreVail's source. Other than that, the video quality is excellent. Considering that this movie just went into wide theatrical release a couple of weeks ago, this is a great release.

I don't get how some people will praise the shit outta some dark, piece of shit cam just because "it's great quality for a cam" while a release this good causes so much nitpicking.

7/6/6.5

out of sync at a couple scenes into the movie.

the timer blur isn't even noticable, plus if you take in IT HAS to be blured out, then its acceptable and shouldnt affect the rating.

Talking

sync problem - didn`t notice it meself
blur problem - only a real problem on about 5 ocassions , and then it`s only for a matter of Seconds , other than that you soon get used to it
Aspect Ratio - didn`t alter mine and had no problems

just call me greatful
