Very Watchable.
Da Vinci Code
Just took a look at the sample
Video:7-It's a bit blurry and washed out, but over all the colours are good and the cropping is just right.
Audio:8-Direct sound. It's decent enough for a TS copy.
Movieon't know yet. From the sample it looks like a good film.
Question: Is this really out of Sync. The sample doesn't look like out of sync at all.

Best so far.. but then there isnt much to say about the rustlers version...
Audio is good, the video isnt good. IF you really want to see it then go grab but since 2000 *proper* versions will get released soon, grabbing this may be a waste and make the film less impressive
v 4 a 7 m ?
the release with jap subs is by far the best of the releases....

i'll wait for a telecine i have already seen this movie on the bigscreen and it was great kinda reminded me of national treasure in a way.
Video: 6.5
Overcropped and blurry but defenitly watchable
Audio: 8
Great direct sound and didnt notice any out of synch. Im glad i understand french cause theres a few parts in french.
Movie: 3
ZZZzzZZZzzzzzzzzzZZ
Really boring movie. Way too much talking and not enough action. I was expecting something like National Treasure. I would prefer smashing my balls with a hammer than see this movie again.
V: 6 - A bit blurry, cropping is a bit "meh", and very dark at times. Also, that missing minute but if it's an unimportant scene, then I guess I need not worry.
A: 6 - A bit hollow and distorted at times, and I noticed a slight sync issue here and there, but nothing major.
M: ? - Such a drag, the book was better...I'll get around to finish it though.
Plus, the 3CD thing bothers me, there's no reason a CAM should be over 2gigs. (2.19GB)
Props to CAMERA for an early rls though, nice work.

The show must go on...
Ok, best source for the video so far, its pretty bad knowing what has come before it, it seems like a real good 1999 rls, but the svcd once again shoulda been VCD which is why I thank Rustlers for releasing in that format, seems some1 understands quality deserves SVCD, not a street silver, but I do have to thank all their counterparts and side groups that havent fuc*ked with XVID yet on these crappy sources, atleast its possible some1 will find a good source and not get nuked due to invalid quality based propers....
but this is blurry as crap, its ok in colors, it is watchable, if you are in need of it and dont have $8.50-$12, but if you can Id wait, I want to watch this bad, got it on my comp, but doubt I can bring myself to watch this rls, id give it a day or two... audio is decent enuff, not like American Dreamz TS or anything, but it rates around all the other sources weve been used to for 2 months or so...
6/7/?
Just finished watching it v-6 A-7 m- 6 media blew it up too much decent but not a blockbuster. V over cropped but thanks for the quick release
Is this the best version out right now?
some sync issues, but only really on cd3 from what i could see.
video is pixelated, sometimes blurry, and washed out.
v - 6
a - 7
there is a french screener of this, anyone have the tools to join that video to other audio? or care to share what program to use so that i can?
Not at all impressed with the quality here, but it is the best we have so far. And considering its opening weekend and we already have so many releases, somebody will be racing to get a good quality version out soon.
The video is dark with some slight blurring. It is cropped a bit, but not bad. The opening credits are chopped on the left. Speaking of which, the opening credits are not in English. (Forgive my ignorance, but i think its Russian)
There are several times where the subtitles are in that same language as well. All i know is i can't read it. :-) Also, i don't know if its supposed to be like this without subtitles, but about 20% of the dialogue is French. So there is a bit part of the time where you don't know whats going on. Audio is good. No complaints, except for the work it took to get it back in sync.
The movie was a big snoozefest. I can't beleive the hype about this. I don't think its blasphemous, but rather ridiculious that such a stupid story could make so much money. Wow, what a big secret, Jesus could have been married! Stop the presses. Give me a break, He lived over 2000 years ago, we can't know everything about Him. This movie is lame in my book.

maVen have stopped releasing movies. Some that were in the group have formed a new releasing group along with people from another well-known group.
So basically, maVen stills exists, except now, they go on under another name.
I do not know what's the name of that new group, though. But I believe that we will find out soon enough.
