Basically my thoughts. i came here saw the ratings it was getting and was very disappointed after I downloaded it. I wonder if the people that rate it actually have saw this copy of the movie.

Maybe they have realistic expectations from a Cam. Some people have the smarts enough to rate this against other Cams. Not against DVD's as that's not what it is.

Audio - 6 - You hear laughter and someone actually says "Do you mind?!" at one point in the movie. But it's not just laughter, it's people talking, moving around that you can hear, someone digging into popcorn even. This is all audible and annoying. Sound isn't all that great minus that either. You can hear it if you turn it up a bit but it's definately got that "Cam" sound to it but it's not even great cam audio.

Video - 6 - There's a good portion of the right side missing. You can see this in the credits when it has Vince Vau.. (cutoff) and one point she makes a face he reacts to but its only when it cuts more to her that you see what face. Little pixelated but nothing severe. Few heads, people walking by. About it.

Movie - 8 - Great movie (It's Vince Vaughn, come on!) Really funny parts and great story. And thank god they didn't put all the jokes in the commercials. Most of the funniest, yes, but not all and plenty of other laughs too. Definately wouldn't be a waste to catch this in theaters.

Overall - 9 - Great movie, decent audio and video. If you're a cheap ass and wanna see the movie, you can get this and be sated. I dont regret getting it.

Video very blocky at times and dark. Such example is when she is walking down the hall naked.
Audio is not all that bad, sync issues are very minor and only at times. Audience is actually quite quiet, the person NEAR the cammer likes to talk and eat alot, you can hear this one person more than anyone else.
As mentioned, trailers show it all. Expected more than what was delivered. Had very funny times, slow times, boring times, stick a fork in my eyes times.

I'm not in any way trying to harass or insult you, but how can you possibly say A:6 V:6 M:8, then come up with a 9 for a total? That would make the overall release as a CAM a 9 and we have seen far better CAM's than this one

Better than expected, but considering the current state of movies, what else can one say.
Good Date movie, maybe a better "last date" movie...

Its a cam, video watchable, sound hearable.
