The good: picture is pretty good. definitely a telecine.

The bad: the audio is a farking mess. It's crackly and poppy, out of sync, and mono. There are a couple scenes where the audio appears to be stereo, but they're brief. It's definitely direct though.

Source Is A TELECiNE, But Audio Is Terrible & Out Of Sink At Times, This Copy Should Be Nuked For That.
