The scorpion biting the tongue is in the credits/outtakes, don't recall a golf ball scene and every scene that included Don Vito was removed which means no tooth pull-out scene. More than likely the full versions of the above scenes will be in the DVD as features or in the inevitable UNRATED version. Haven't seen this release but saw the movie in theaters and felt like helping the person out.

I downloaded this and It's the exact same Camera rip done by Jek and apparently everyone else.
