-- Rocky Balboa *XViD* - DVD SCR - Distill (http://www.vcdhq.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=73834)
hey now,
Just got done watching this, good movie and nice early Xmas gift. As stated before there is out of sync on the movie. In VLC this is an easy fix by pressing Ctrl and K to offset the audio, you need to go at 350ms.
Other then that a few watermarks but not that noticeable.
V: 10
A: 8 with the audio fix
M: 9
Thanks alot vegasguy, your fix for watching on a computer works PERFECT. THANK ALOT, and is there a way to fix this on dvd or to fix the xvid file, please post ANYTHING!!! 9/8 with the audio muck up and not sure for the movie but ive heard GOOG things

If your using Media Player Classic go to options then audio then audio time shifter and type in 350.
It has been propered now....
Rocky.Balboa.XViD.DVDScreener-Distill.Redemption80.Fixed
And in the NFO it says......
R i P P E R ' S N O T E S . . .
This just a quick sync fix i did for this to enable me to watch it, and thought id up it while i
was away watching this.
The Video glitches are still there, a few that you barely notice, and the main one, that caused the
Sync on the original Release
But sound is back in Sync, and I hope everyone is as happy as me to see this so early, shame for
Stallone though

It's already going around that it's a legit scene release hahahahhaha
Good work though dude, thanks for doing that. Look forward to it.
EDIT: I might get AVIMux out and go that route then compare the two. lol

I got 2 words for this... HOLY S***!!!
Been out for less than about 24 hours and we've already got a near DVD Quality version!
Hopefully someone fixes this or puts out the DVD-R because this is the 1 film I've been lookin' forward to seeing for 3 months.
V: 9.5 - DVD Quality!
A: 8.5 - was hoping for a DD5.1 track like Pursuit of Happyness, but atleast it's direct.
M: n/a - Will wait for a proper to watch it.
No matter it's a good release to have something this soon. The fix is out and so I will be watching the whole thing tonight. Thanks guys I really like this effort.
V-9
A-8
M-8

i dunno if i'll get told off for this or not - but it's easily fixed
right guys - the easy way and it will take you all of about 3-5 mins in total
http://www.alexander-noe.com/video/amg/
for some info on the program
right then
Step 1: download this http://www.alexander-noe.com/video/..._GUI-1.17.7.zip
step 2 extract the zip into it's own folder (i just called it avimux gui)
step 3 click exe file
step 4 drag the avi rocky file into the top section
step 5 highlight it
step 6 click generate data source from files
step 7 2 parts appear video and audio, select audio
step 8 on the right hand side it says delay (ms) enter 180
step 9 click start, select a save as file name and location
step 10 click save, wait around 60 seconds - full in sync copy of rocky balboa
how easy could that be

something they just can't do, sort of like brushing their teeth.
The few crooked ones they have that is.
good by you pricks.
From sample:
V: 9
A: 8
M: ? But probably GREAT!
Didn't have the heart to download more than a sample. Have to go to the theatres so my ten bucks can help give Stallone some cred at the box office. First time that has ever happened to me. I'm scared.
akasmiler post does and doesn't work, it obviously adds a 180ms delay to the second half of the movie which is fine and it now doesnt look as bad, but its still not perfect, and is still off, but now its watchable.
But it also makes the first half of the movie slightly out of sync as well, not all would notice, but i did, and so did my mate, who usually misses these things.
But it is a nice quick compromise, although AVI-Mux can cause problems with some DivX DVD Players, so you might be better off doing the same thing with VDubMod.
Anybody know about how big a file we're talking about here?
