Video and audio is fine though, as stated above.

It gets a little glitchy at that point but I can't notice that a full minute is missing. The video quality on this is amazing for a ts... very close to r5 quality.

v9
a7 (because at the start of cd1 it's quite hollow but fixes later)
m7 (after each viewing it's not as thrilling... but i still like it)

howdy

definitely something missing from cd2 as reported before around 3:19

seems to be a different audio source from 29:40 on cd1 as it sounds more direct

video 8.5/10 little dark, but looks very nice on TV
audio 6/10 before change 8/10 after
movie?? not watched yet

v 6 too dark

a 8 nice and clear

m 8 good movie

but this should be nuked for missing scene on second cd

Posted by Joemimel on 07-12-2007 07:29 PM:

yeah when the mom is threatening to beat the crap out of the sector 7 guy it glitches before she finishes her sentence
damn glitches again when the cop shows sam that phone footage
do the glitches ever stop on cd2?

If you give this video a 6 then in your mind a 10 for a ts must look like a fucking HD-DVD! This video is no less than 8!

To Joemimel: Only minor glitches at the start cd2 that I noticed and it's nothing big. And don't you think IF cd2 was full of glitches that others would have said something? duh!

Carolinawolf are you sure you are looking at the right files, this is not just pretty bright but its the brightest i have seen in a long while, even the dark scenes are bright enough to watch.

Best TS i have seen in a while, good colours, bright, sharp sound.

I dont get why it was nuked what does bad.res mean anyway granted i watch these things from a PC so res is never much of an issue but i'ld rather take the resolution as it comes its when they dick around with things like that allot of groups screw up.

Posted by Budman69 on 07-12-2007 10:25 PM:

Audio goes from mono-ish/cam type sound to stereo at 29:39, possibly taper realized input wasnt seated properly or settingor possibly theater fault.

Resolution is 703x403 rather odd size, not the standard, reason why it's nuked we all know you can adjust to whatever size you like using xvid codec's

Been waiting for this for a few weeks.

resolution of this video is 704x304.

It is not hod, it is just not standart for the old divx rules there is, but who cares.

maVen used to do the same thing ...

aswell as maVen used to do, check the frame @ 15:00 and 45:00

You got to be watching this with shades on,
you can see everything clear as day in this.
as a T.S 8/7/9

audio problems plague the first disc till about 30 minutes in, it sounds like a scratchy mp3 or when an audio jacks not inserted all the way in. well at least we can hear blackouts 808 weapon, thats what i call it it reminds me of an 808 kickdrum with a really low bass frequency.
audio 8/10

videos dark but its really watchable, what more can one expect from a video camera, also has a really light flicker, whoever says it doesnt dont kid yourself. watch a scene with a white background if you really want to find it, picky yes i am, more realistic, im not going too balls over this release like every other person. missing the whole sams happy time scene on disc 2 about 3 minutes in and i saw 2 people walk by when megatron wanted the cube from sam when hes up on that building. good riddance, assholes got there kinda late hmmm.
video: 8/10

great movie, im seeing it in the theatre again next week, hopefully they repack it with fixed audio and no missing scenes or maybe someone else can top this one.
movie: 10/10

Very nice release.
Video is very clear for a telesync.
When converted to DVD the audio for the first 30 mins comes thru the rear speakers.
Had to edit this in Goldwave and now it sounds much better.
Good movie,I enjoyed it alot.

Are you on crack? It HAS the Sam's happy time scene in this release! If you actually have this rls watch it again and you'll find it.

Here's a screenshot of the 'Sam's happy time' scene: http://img19.imagevenue.com/img.php...5_122_895lo.jpg

FYI: What the nuke means

Just FYI for anybody who cares, here's the skinny behind the nuke...

Scene rules dictate a number of outdated restrictions and requirements. One of them is that the maximum horizontal resolution for a DivX/XviD release is 672 pixels for widescreen films. The horizontal resolution on this film is 704 pixels. Both are playable by any standalone DivX player made in the last 3 years.

In short, there's no common sense reason behind this nuke, just one dictated by a restriction that, in this case, makes no sense.
