thats excellent cleaner Bartleby,best to use a Q tip,also to under clock it you can simply bring the multiplier down,or the ram voltage down in the bios,but it shouldn't be necessary.

Cleaned the fan and added artic silver yesterday , seems to be running ok now. Im posting this and listening to some tracks on WMP and the processors at 04%.
