havent been to melbourne for a while,
i live in adelaide, westlakes - (water restriction heaven baby)the place where if you have:

sprinklers...you cant use them,
garden hose.......cant use it,

but they will let you water from a watering can at any time, or water once a week between certian hours.

but then i can go and have a 3 hour shower if i want (not that i do).

doesnt it just make good sense !!

come to england we have to leave our garden hoses on 24/7 to help ease the overflowing rivers and lakes
