very decent, as said grainy in the darker scenes but very watchable.

Movie itself was not what i expected but entertaining non the less

Nice to see they haven't got rid of the tittys in the remake, they seem to be getting bigger though.
Quite surprised it was as good as it was, more modern and not a bad remake at all

It was a good movie, but too often I felt like Leatherface should've been the killer. This had a darker Texas Chainsaw feeling, (original and "remakes" the rest suck) It just didnt feel like a Friday the 13th to me, "darker" more human feeling than the rest of the series (from what I can remember)

That being said, it is good, and has some great kills, I like tits, but why couldn't some natural ones have been shown, preferably Danielle Panabaker's! Kills and tits are what horror is all about, or atleast should be!

What allot of younger people or jason newbies dont understand is that the "human" aspect is because hes HUMAN.

He only became a zombie type creature after been killed by tommy, then after that in each film hes more or less living dead.

What the writers and director obviously wanted in the remake is to bring it back to its roots and start again which is why they made him a fast killing/thinking guy as a starting block and if they continue a new franchise slowly make him evolve again.

I watched this the other day and then got another rip that was apparently this audio with...yes...much nicer video.

I hate torrents but eh...

Parts 6-7 were better.

I had to reply just because you imply by replying to me, that I am a Jason newbie and/or young. Ive been watching Jason for 20+ years. I get what they are doing, but it's not how Jason was. As for all these new reboots of diff series, they can frame it however they choose, this is still the umpteenth sequel imo.

Yes, there is another non-scene re-encode release on the same day (using this Audio, and a much much better (clearer, brighter) russian TS?/R5? video, although at a 2.44AR)...

This one has a 2.35AR, ?maybe set to the IMDB value to prevent a fast nuke?, but to me this one looks more compressed left/right (compared to the other release)...
