well i said it would have to be a good job to do a proper since the rsp was pretty good but ctp never lets down. could be missing a little since its in ws but the colors oh those ctp colors always put other groups in their place. hopefully this quality can continue for xmen2 and reloaded. 9/8/10 great fuckin movie

omg they've fooled us all eh, yeah the sound on this release really is cam-sounding, good job on exposing the truth to us all!

anyways, great pic, AWESOME sound, and one of the better slasher-esque flicks to come out in recent years.
GRRRRRREAT rls ctp

Lmao. You seriously think they coulda set up some sort of pulley system to hoist a dude into the air without the cinema staff noticing? Would be pretty impressive if they could though . Anyway, picture is pretty nice, very clear, colours are nice and not too washed out, don't think the sound is too shabby either, good enough. Deffo watchable

just a quick point, if the angle is now so great, why are they still chopping of half the screen ? vital scene's of the movie are unseen, like the woman bleeding to death in the guy's arm's clearey scene in the movie trailer, or the ending were u cant even see the vehicle...

Posted by HomeSlice on 04-28-2003 09:50 PM:

Superb release! The jpegs are all screwed up, so don't judge the angle by them, because in the sample, there is no angle problem. The video is excellent, it has vibrant colors and (as stated before) has no angle that I can notice. The audio is good to, no problem there. I give it 8.5/8/x

Oh, and you gotta love that nfo!

I don't know how you guys can look beyond that uber bad Aspect Ratio and actually praise this release. Come on, am I the only one that sees those coneheads?

Posted by w1c on 04-29-2003 12:54 AM:

angle is much better.
still not perfect though.
good release.

for all the dumb kids thinking "hehe howd they hang a guy from the ceiling" what they ment is that they filmed from the center of the theatre instead from the side rows by the handicap jacks. they probably got the video and sound at 2 seperate times and put them together with an editor. you can tell that it was taken from floor level from the conney (i think i made that up)-ness of the movie. maybe one day they could get some hookups at a theatre and film from where the reel is. but hey, if they could do that why not make a telecine.

anyway this is great and centropys new sources are great. keep it up for the busy months of may and june

Posted by rappa on 04-29-2003 10:48 PM:

9/8/9 movie was excellent along with the rls, probably one of the best ts' ever. Picture is pretty darn clear, a lil pixelated, not dark, good colors and and sound is pretty good too.

::Edit, after watching CD1, a lil is cropped on the bottom, nothing big was missing tho and i didnt notice any cropping from the sides, the sides, also, b16a2, in ws, they crop the bottom and make it wider, hence the widescreen.

Great release CTP but I think I'll pass on this one, too much of the sides, top and bottom are cropped out. Great quality no doubt but I can't stand cropped image, you can see that ALOT is gone from the bottom and top (look at the intro credits to see what I mean) and quite a bit from the sides. VideoCD will probably release a telecine at anytime now anyways.

Posted by lorddusty on 04-29-2003 11:52 PM:

Video: Crisp, Great Colors, Sligh Fish-eye lens effect on extremities, cropped alot.
Audio: Little background noise, but dual mono as always, you guys manage to pull both channels and I'll be a happy camper
Movie: Excellent Flick

8/8/8
