grabbed the sample.the picture apart from being dark has good colours and definition not too grainy.sound is clean enough to watch but extreemly hollow maybe running sound through hifi and equilizer might beef it up abit.subtitles are not too annoying seen a lot of worse cams posted . 6/4/* will have to grab it for now.

update watching at minute if you turn your brilliance up slightly picture quite ok .hollow sound not too anoying the few minutes of blur in the early part of cd1 is dissapointing but brief.

i think this rel sucks pictúre 4 sound 4 early ts sucks like must other Ts do ....


i dont mind the sub but i mind the sound it makes you crazy.. and so the picture

Damn pic looks good for a frigin pre, if ctp released the same exact release people would be rating this 8+, ah well. whatever, no like any of the big budget movies this summer will be worth watching home with 4 or 5 people, all should be watched with a full theatre

Sound is bad. Why can't groups just label honestly? Telesync SHOULD be direct audio source and this blatantly isn't. Video is average, it isn't anything special but considering the fact this is an early release, this aint bad. Fact is, however, as with LOTR, there's likely to be 101 releases of this (proper after proper).

This would be a good release for any other film, however, with blockbuster films people expect quality and what's "average" for any other film just isn't good enough for the major releases.

I hope that post makes sense, cos I've just been to see this film in the theater followed by several J.D and cokes!

this release is very good, i can't believe that it is from esoteric. the quality is great and the sound isnt horrible.

Just watched this sucker. The video wasn't too bad. it was pretty clear just a little pixalated during some action scenes. not too bad though. the audio is horrible. it sounds like i'm in a Hall or a Tunnel.
sound's like they recorded the sound outside the theatre. gotta love the subtitles though! :-D

Just downloaded it, its just like the recent spate of silver cam releases...

damn ESOTERIC....MISLABEL!!! again....can't they just label it properly....a waste of my time downloading this crap...

It's ok...for a cam.
A little dark.
The sound is kinda annoying.

Downloaded it but I'll wait with watching it until tomorrow night...some better release will hopefully pop up before then..

Seems very watchable, sound is hollow but not bad, video is better then what I expected. Still seems a bit dark in some parts.

Good release.

Edit: has to be a cam, you can hear people in the background sometimes.

Well from viewing the sample, I can say the pic is definitely watchable. Unfortunately the sound is very "tinny" and is kinda hard to make out.

I'd wait til something better comes along.

Decent for a cam

The first 5 minutes are out of focus then it clears up, hollow sound but not bad for a Cam definately not TS in my book 6/5/8 video a little dark at time some pixelation, hollow sound. Great flick.

I'm usualy not very inpressed but by the sample this looks to be a very good copy. Been waiting long to see this one and now I get lucky and get a good copy. Not the best i've seen but great for an early release. 8/7/? <-- But hopefully a 10..

Audio isn't that bad, it has a cam sound (lacking bass & a bit 'echo-ish'), but at least its clear, and youre not stuggling to understand words. (echo-ish as in hollow-sounding)
And the video is good, except the 5min blurry part, it seems pretty stable and straight/centered, not too pixelated in the high motion scenes, seems a little dark.
This isnt a bad release at all, I wouldnt say its kick-ass though either. I didn't really like X-Men that much (I watched the subbed cam of that when it was in theatres, glad I saved my $9) so this release is good enough for me, if it were Matrix2, or SW ep3, or LOTR3, and this quality, I wouldnt get it, but hey, its only X2!

I personally think it is very well watchable, video is perfectly centered, and only a few times did I notice it moving (which was only slight, and could only really be noticed by the sound.)

For a cam, the audio is quite good. No laughing or whatnot, just the general theater hallow-ness, but very much listenable.

Movie is pretty good thus far too. Gonna go watch the rest of it now.

If you want to see this film and a lot of you seem to want to. I would sugest going to the cinema I went last night and its worth the 5 pounds.

They have those messages up now warning about recording equipment.lol very amusing. oh err 4/2/8 from the sample

Someone mentioned this one is missing some scenes? Is this true?

Well, I'm in England so it'll be nice to see it before most of my mates, I've currently got 3hrs left of the download so I can't wait to see it.

I'll be putting it on my Sony Wega Widescreen TV so hopefully that'll help a bit, plus I can edit all the audio and I might even re wire my Stereo a bit so I can use the graphic to mix things up a bit. I'm just hoping it's watchable.

I'll edit my post when I've seen it with a rating.


EDIT: I just saw the movie and I'd give it 6.5 for picture, 6 for sound (sound was fine for me, I didn't get the problems some of you did, and no people laughing) and I'd give the film an 8.

The film does cut off in places which sucks and the end cuts off, but hey, not bad overall.
