Whats up with the nuke on here? It didn't seem like it was that bad, seen a lot worse that didnt get nukes? The Video actually keeps up in the high movement scenes probably due to the higer bitrate of SVCD i dont see why everyone flips out? it would of been 2 CDs if it was VCD anyways, and if your DVD Player cant play SVCDs go out and spend some money on a new one anyways! I don't see why people are getting upset? As for the movie, ughh if your DYING to see it just stick to the Trailer or the Sample or something because you'll basically be throwing your bandwith down the toilet where this movie belongs!
One minor problem with sound, around 46 min into CD1 the sound does get static y for about 30 seconds but you can still hear their voices in the background real light but enough to make out the words, but then it goes away... thats the only reason for a nuke? seems a bit much to nuke it, it's not that bad and it dosnt seem to be the encoding job.
audio is better than the last release, still pretty crappy
video is crappy too. no need for SVCD on this one, even for action scenes
guess its been nuked anyway
dont waste your time.
5/5/x

This release is bearable, but I think I'll wait for another one.

this looks like the same exact source as the esoteric ts,
same camera movement at the beggining of the film, same shitty sound, video has that same darkness to it
for a svcd this deserves 4/4/7

DEFINITE improvement over the other version. loGisTic deserves major props on both picture and (acceptable) audio. Like others here, I don't understand the nuke for "bad audio." I haven't seen it nuked anywhere else, frankly.
And for all those bandwidth-download limit challenged people out there, SVCD is a MUCH BETTER format than VCD, even with a so-so original. The audio improvement alone is worth it.
well, i just saw it in theatres :GASP: and the problem is that the sounds is fucked throughout the entire movie, it goes in and out, high and low, theres one part where u can barely hear the effects, i couldnt talked to anyone at the theatre i went to a lte showing, im wondering if a lot of other theatres of running into this, thus horrible audio on the TS, if so, it might be awhile before we have a release with good audio, just thought id throw in my 2 cents!
best rls out so far 5/5/? going pass thouon this rls .
These Svcds ARE a waste of time!!!
Most of them are NOT standard compliant.
They have the bitrate lowered to fit more on the CDs.
This makes it useless for anyone whose DVD player only plays compliant SVCD.
Every SVCD release I have to convert to VCD just to get it to play on my DVD player!!
So all you people out there when u burn these files and wonder why u get that slight stutter in playback, there's your answer.

Just Watched It And...
It seemed fine to me. Picture was decent (not brilliant, but watchable) and I had no problems hearing what was said (apart from one 10 second burst near the end of disk 1 that buzzed)
Heck, I thought the movie was not that bad!!! (and I know bugger all about cars) it was what it was, a decent popcorn flick.

Geez, some people bitch way too much about things, Nothing wrong with this release.
Best release yet video 7 sound 6 movie 5
No need for a svcd with this "quality".
5/4/5
Some cool cars though. That 'Cuda Hemi was a beauty. They need a few more musclecars in there besides the 10 trillion rice mobiles.
I think the reason some ppl don't like the audio is cuz they play it on their computers!! I tested it on the computer and audio was... weird. Then I put it on my standalone and the audio was fine!! IMHO everyone should invest in a good standalone and stfu
