-- Predict the Box Office (http://www.vcdhq.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=22352)
1. Bad Boys II - 23 Million
2. POTC - 18 Million
3. T3 - 14 Million
4. Johnny English - 9 Million
5. How To Deal - 7 Million
And for some extremely odd reason, Bad Boys II's estimated weekend gross is 2 million greater than T3's opening weekend gross, and get this, it was in 400 less theatres. Will Smith has a fuckin' huge fan club...
1. BBII - 46.7
2. POTC - 33.257
3. LXG - 10.1
4. Johnny English - 9.324
5. T3 - 9.195...
and at 8. How to Deal - 5.8
well. i was close on jonny english....but thats about it
1. Petrocs - 81.62 %
2. Carson - 81.198 %
3. Gokou - 77.44 %
4. CczuAzul - 70.62%
5. Cjh404 - 58.8 %
6. JohnWSmokeJr - 53.12 %

Umm...You didn't really think you'd win petrocs, did ya?
I don't know how gokou did the results, but they were extremely different from the way I did them, I'd like it if you told me exactly how you did them. (if it's a way worth trying...) See, I basically calculate your top 5 and your correctness....if you go over the actual number, the equation is: actual number/your prediction...if your prediction is smaller than the actual number, the equation is: your prediction/actual number...then I add those 5 numbers together, and that number is then divided by 5 (you predicted 5 movies)...I don't think there's another way to do it except by taking off points if someone doesn't actually guess the order of the top 5 right (so, for example, I had How To Deal as #4, and it ended up at #7 or so, but that's not how you did them, because when I recalculated the numbers of those who got the order correctly, the numbers were different)
1. CczuAzul - 82.57039879 (look at my predictions compared to the actual weekend numbers, I'm NOT cheating/lying!
)
2. petrocs - 81.15834452
3. Carson - 80.03160336
4. gokou - 74.81886968
5 + 6 - cjh404 and johnwsmokejr - under 70 %, didn't feel like doing them
I don't mind if you guys do the results, as, it's a pain in the ass to do them anyways, just, I'd like to keep the format similar to the way we've had it since the end of May, and if you guys wanna change it, we'll discuss it...

#2 - Spy Kids - 28.4 Million
#3 - Seabiscuit - 20.5 Million
#4 - pirates ... - 18.5 Million
#5 - Bad Boys II - 17.9 Million

Just a note, I'm going on vacation this week and I really don't plan on bringing a calculator with me, so it'd be nice if one of you could do the results. If you look above, I've pretty much explained how to do them...If one of you doesn't want to, well, then start with the predictions for next week (American Pie 3 and Gigli) and I'll catch up later.
Friday's Estimates:
1. Spy Kids - 11.75
2. Tomb Raider - 8.45
3. POTC - 6.76
4. Bad Boys II - 6.73

yahoo.com
rottentomatoes.com
I'm going to go ahead and calculate using the estimates. If any of the actuals are different, then you'll see a change here. I won't post the exact percentages till the actual numbers come out.. but with the weekend estimates showing, your winner this week is JohnWSmokeJr.

gokou - 80%
petrocs - 79%
CczuAzul - 78%
cjh404 - 75%
