This release is fine...sound is nice, there's a lot of colors, and it's a great telesync. 9/9/7

Watched sample. Nice release. Picture seemed a little dark. Sound is good. Saw the movie at the cinema, not as good as the first but still a pretty damn good flick.

8/9/7

If you really can't watch this, you will be waiting for a screener or cinema... I'd be willing to bet that this is the best you will get... Off teh sample, i would rate an 8/9/x, but don't know much about the flicker. will have to check that out.

Other than the motion blur it's very watchable...

7/7/x

Alright, judging from the sample, CTP has done a great job on this movie. Especially comparing it to their previous releases.

I don't think you guys should whine too much about insignificant shit like the "occasional flickering" or anything like that. Please keep in mind that these are FREE, and that CTP is doing us a favor by getting these movies for us. If it's not good enough for you, then shut the hell up?

The video quality, to me, is exceptional. I am really impressed by the sharpness, lighting/contrast and colors. Usually CTP releases have exaggerated lighting/contrast and colors are usually too vivid. This release, however, has great video quality.

The only downside here is that the audio does seem to be out of sync, and according to those who have seen the entire movie, it is. This shouldn't bother anyone too much seeing as how this is free and it's only slightly out of sync. Other than that, the audio is clear and crisp.

I don't expect much from this movie, however, since I consider Martin Lawrence to be a douchebag. He isn't funny, and his humour is lame and outdated.

I give this: 8.4/7.8/? (again judging from sample)

The camera has this auto brighness. They should turn it off. The brighniss flickering is very annoying... T3, X2, Finding Nemo etc. all CTP releases have this brightness flickering

I'd like to post to save people from making about 20 other posts, based on sample. Plain and simple, sample lies. They chose like the one good spot to cut the sample, and it deceivingly makes the viewer believe this is a good release... In reality, it isn't that wonderful. Therefore, please don't confuse folks ( i made same mistake), rating this off the sample. If you get the full release you will believe me and see why. Couldnt give this any higher than a 6/6/ and havent watched but skimmed through cd 1 and cd 2... burn it later... But it looks to be this isn't too well done... Ah well.. Just thought i'd give fair warning.

Aren't you the guy that was banned a few days ago for slating PHo and saying you don't have access to samples?.Think everything you just said can now be discredited.
Good release CTP , sync isn't as bad as people make out.
8/8/8

man sad that all of you have shitty hardware, that its out of sync for you.....works beautiful for me....maybe when you download it from your "p2p" of choice, getting it in mpeg 2 format might not be best idea, due to whoever busted it for you, didnt do it correctly....oh well, amazing rls as usual, though i hate em, you gotta love em sometimes

Ok! the hell with the sample. its misleading. I've watched this movie, the flickering was minor, the lip sync was not noticeable. maybe if you stop watching it on the pc and watch it on the dvd player you will see the difference. As far as the quality its great almost dvd standards just not digital. Also stop dissing Centropy there work has been great. First you bitched about the blue tint its gone. the angle issue is getting better by the day. Almost not even present in this release. The sound is great. I got it hooked up on my stereo and no problems. Also to the asshole who said that LXG was messed up. Yeah right it was the best release as well. stop bitching about minor glitches in the releases if you can't do better then shut the f..k up! Centropy Great Release as usual and keep up the great work you deserve it. 9/8/8. Overall..

The gamma is set way to high on the camera they used. To fix this you would need to re-encode and lower the gamma. This will make the picture look like it's expose to, but will be a little dark.

Any ways video is ok, audio is ok (kinda hollow), and the movie is def go see.

great movie..couldnt ask for a better movie..quality wise, well, one 5 second glitch in video on cd2 and a 3 second glith on cd3, but i cant complain as it was great...no desync problems with audio, and video was fairly descent..a lil washed out in some parts, but very very watchable...

watching cd 1 now, quality seems pretty damn good
a little dark, typical motion blur (it's being recorded in theatre, what more can u expect) but sound is typical CTP

8/8/(great so far)

i had a question before i get this.... i saw the hole sample and it was looking good like i said before but i did notice that the sound wasnt matching the talking...maybe it was just what i play on but is it like this on the realese?

Bad Boyz 2

defenitly the best rls out..CTP deserves mayjor props for delivering over and over again..havent watched it yet

7/7/?

Posted by /^/-Flikz-\^\ on 07-26-2003 12:16 AM:

I guess it's gotta be me since nobody else reported the 3 or 4 minutes of no audio on cd2..... also the fact that cd2 is unpacked to two seperate parts that do not match start / end periods. Everything was extracted fine, so I don't understand how I am the only one with this prob.

Other than that, little less than your average centropy rls....

7 (high motion blur)
7
9 (up to third disc watched)

:: Sorry to tell you this, but theres no audio missing in this, i watched it and theres no audio, and it stop/starts simultaneously for each disc, think your talking about tcs my friend.

Nah it was centropy, but the rar was corrupt apparently. Re-downloaded and this next one works perfect.....

You must be joking, CTP's rls isn't unpack to 2 separate mpgs, it was TCS rls that had that stupid problem on disc 2 and disc 3.

All the disc on CTP's rls were unpacked into single mpeg files.

I dun seem to get the A/V sync problem on my PC and DVD standalone. Maybe it's a decoding problem on the PC.

Cheers !
