watched the whole thing (on a tv, for once). excellent release, i havent seen the last few centropy releases but this is on par with their older, classic, awesome qual releases. and on opening weekend! woohooo!

Posted by Jdigital03 on 07-28-2003 10:21 PM:

Thumbs up

UMS = crap
ESO = good if your standalone player only handles vcd
Ctp = usual lovely ts for my collection

8/9/8

keep em coming

Posted by drugLord on 07-28-2003 10:55 PM:

meh

dont call me a hater... but i just dont see how these telesyncs r getting rated above 8 and 9 for sound and picture... first of all the best TS ever was bruce almighty and it was a 8/8... centropy definitly rls's the best ts's out there but i just dont think that any TS should be rated above 8...

but centropy keep up the great work love the movies and the early rls's

7/7/x

Much cleaner, CTP did it right, and got back to the standard that they do so well.

Sound......... perfect (mono)

Video...........Clear about as close to a screener quality as you can get

Nice to see CTP back doing it right

8/9/8

Posted by bryehn on 07-29-2003 01:03 AM:

why did they listen to the whiney bitches, and switch to NTSC?

i'm in north america, and even i prefer PAL.

great release nonetheless...pretty quick for ctp...and up to par...

yet another crappy sequel though

8/8/5

WTF why is everyone saying this isn't up to usual Centropy quality?!? IMO this is much better, the picture is like... amazing, and all that is different is that the colours are not as vivid as many of their previous releases, which I think is definitely better. With previous Centropy releases I always had to turn down the colour and contrast on my TV, with this it is not necessary at all so my opinion is they have got it spot on. Judging from the sample, the darkening around the edges is barely noticeable and doesn't effect viewing pleasure at all, and the sound is simply awesome.

9 / 10 / ? Will update when movie is fully downloaded.

I totally agree, CTP's last 2 releases have definitely been 2 of the Best. I like the camera theyre using now, less color saturation, sharper picture. LB2 was saturated in color, althought it was clear, the colors we way to deep. Whatever they are doin diff, I like it. Its the perfect TS. Keep them coming like this one.

First of respect for the fast release.. But dont you guys also have quit a bit of motion blur?? everytime something is moving just a bit fast there is motion blur, like that camera cant record fast enough?? could this be because that it is ntsc?? because on their erlier release this was not present (havent seen bad boys 2).. my tv system is pal and also my kiss dvd player, but I can change the player to ntsc..

Best rls Available by far. Too bad I paid $9, to see this pile in the theater.

Posted by punk on 07-29-2003 02:58 AM:

yeah there is quite the shadow ... why? hell if i know. works fine for me. did it ever pause for a few seconds and start playing again for anyone else? it did that once on the first CD 2-3 times on the second. I think i need to replace my burner though :/

That is where you are wrong on the rating scale. TS are rated against TS, Screeners against screeners, DVDRips against other DVDRips. Therefore, any release can get a 10. A really nice cam could get a 10 while a really bad DVDRip could get a 3. (doesn't happen that often though.)

Good for you, and im not being sarcastic, at least someone pays to see movies. If I had some money I would too but until then Centropy is my way to the theaters.

As for quality 8/8/?

Nice fast release boys, keep em coming.

i think that Centropy's quality is starting to slip, but maybe it's just me.

Posted by seanjohn2k on 07-29-2003 04:57 AM:

Thumbs up

i don't know how anyone could complain about a release of this quality... its flawless... perfection... keep it up ctp

10/10/8

Posted by BladeX on 07-29-2003 05:10 AM:

this is what we were waiting for. fucking rules! more screen, less angle, perfect audio. i'd rather give up a little color, than have a cropped up angle mess. the old days like the spiderman TS are returning, or better yet, being surpassed. excellent job.

9/9/?

Posted by Punjabi on 07-29-2003 05:47 AM:

nice print

I like it, picture is good and the audio is alrite.
8/9/8
