well whatever this is i know one thing for sure: its a damn good copy. sound is great, actually hits a little bit, and it was synched perfectly with the video. the video is a lil bright especially at the beginning of cd2. the angle makes me believe it is some kind of professional camera, because the pic is abnormally good. great release if you like the movie and have the others get this anyway.

but I can't let it die
Turn my head up,
looking at the stars
So many years,
I still wonder where you are?
Dust myself up
and I scream at the sky
Every day I ask myself why?
So much pain pouring
from inside
Above me I feel the spirit fly
pretty damn good!!
video has awesome colors
sounds is perfect

nice work but is aint a TC
looks perfect but i think its a Telesync from a pdvd not a Telecine
best Telesync i ever see
8/8/9
quote:If you can remember back to the TFE days, their X-Men "screener/telecine" were actually mislabeled telesyncs but they looked as good as this but weren't encoded as svcd (since this was quite a while back). They didn't have luminance/saturation/contrast/rgb/wl with or without the aid of filters problems. And Luminance would only be centered in the middle if the area around the screen were darker but hey, they might have had the light on or might have been camming a monitor in the booths instead of the canvas But blah, great release anyways but I don't think it deserves a 10, it's quite grainy with minor motion blur. Agent Cody Banks by Basic was more of a "TC".

actually i have, its not that hard though to grasp the fact that camming a canvas which is being projected on would never be able to retain the luminance/saturation/contrast/rgb/wl with or without the aid of filters
sure you can remove contrast flickers with deflicker filters, and yea you can restore a certain amount of colour but you can't resolve the wl variants flawlessly without going through each frame (well maybe not that specific but you get the idea) and doing a manual wl and/or histogram correction
oh and keep in mind the luminance would be centred in the middle, getting less as you go out from the "pinpoint" doesn't help either
maybe its a non-consumer cam? i dunno. but it's not a tc for sure.
great release...
will be sticking with my ctp, cause i wasn't a fan of this one...but if y'all managed to avoid t3 for some reason...it's not gonna get better till some sort of dvd round xmas...

Great Release!
Mad Props to Replica
Wow, great release, and i say it is a TC, because it looks too good to be a TS and, did any actually notice all the credits are there, this only happens on TC's because TS credits get cut, well all the TS's i have seen. Definatly get this, cause any1 who says i will stick with the CTP release, is very stupid as this is by far the best out.
Audio: 8 Not a 10 cause its not a DVD RIP!!!!!!
Video: 9 Excellant
Movie: 10 When i saw the trailer i thought it would be a VERY shit movie, but i think it is ONE of the best movies of the year.
Thanks replica for this great release, hope to see more TC movies from u
Boy, You People
Why dont all you people shut the fuck up about whether this is a TC or TS. It doesn't really matter. We don't need to know how l337 you are that you can tell the difference between the two.
What matters is that this is a kick-ass release.
9/9/10
great rls regardless of source ts, tc........whatever
9/8/8 GooD Job Replica \m/
damn, replica doin alot of great TC's lately.. liked their matrix 2 rls also ... good work replica!
Yep, Watched more of it, It sure as hell isn't a TC at all. It looks good, Quite good actually, but one of the best TS's I have ever seen. Good shit.

I agree with Air1, hope we get this kind of a quality release for upcoming great movies like SWAT and Fready vs Jason
I don't mind if a group take a few weeks to release a movie. It's better to release something excellent like this T3 than like some groups who rush and try to beat the other groups and release sub-par movies like LXG and Bad Boy 2
Just my 2 cents
Just watched the sample. With all the build-up I had to check it out and I must say DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. Yes, this is a very very good copy but it's nowhere near being near-dvd quality. It's not even vhs quality (well, it's as good as an old vhs tape). If you truly love this move and want a version that is a nice improvement over the ctp rls, then get this. But if you're expecting something that's near-dvd, then you'll be sorely disappointed. I'm downloading the entire film now just because I wanna see if it all is as clear as the sample shown. I'm hoping there are no pixelated moments during the action like the ctp rls had.
If this was released back in early July we'd all be super happy. But it's been a month since T3 debuted in USA so the joy isn't as great by seeing this rls. But.... if you watch it on your puter and shrink the image it does look like vhs quality and maybe even dvd. But, I don't like watching movies in some shrunken state... I like 'em full-size.
From sample:
Audio: 9 Video: 8 Movie gets a 7
--- update: I just watched the entire film again and this is a TS for sure. But it's a very good one with NO pixelated scenes and the audio is outstanding all the way through. But like I said, the movie is a month old so I'm not as excited about this rls as I might have been if it came sooner....
People who think this is a TC have no idea what a TC is. This rls is a TS - a great TS!

What the hell are you people looking at!? There is no way this is a TS! If it was cammed in a theater, you would see those cig burns all over the screen. I also dont see the angle you guys speak of. This is a beautiful release!
holy jesus!
this is the only time i've ever regretted getting the centropy release first.
