Ok now this was a rls that I've been looking forward too, but unfortunately for a Proper, i felt it to be a bit lacking. First of all the Pic is def better than FTF, but only slightly. Seems a bit brighter. The sound is very Direct. However my biggest complaint comes in the fact that CD1 at least for me fades in from a glitch and is missing the opening credits of the movie... A nice try, but only worth a dl if u want better audio.. I'll wait for a screener or a "Real PROPER".. Nice try though.

Video - nice quality, maybe slightly too bright, however not a problem, keeps quality throughout. No starting credits which pissed me off slightly.

Audio - excellent, no problems at all.

The quality of this release is reminicsent of Centropy's. I had the feeling I was watching a Centropy release. Video and audio were NICE. CD1 is missing a bit of the beginning. Also, there was 1 spot on CD1 and another spot on CD2 where artifacts would jump up. Even when I rewound over those 2 spots, I got the artifacts in the same spots. If it weren't for the above mentioned imperfections, I'd give this release a perfect 10 (as far as being a cam).

Video 8.5 / Audio 9 / Movie 7.5

Video 8.5 (9 if first 30 secs there)
Audio 10 (can't get better than DTS on a TS)
Movie 8.5

Videocd head the way in terms of TS DTS audio and apart from the first 30 secs or so missing, should be set as a benchmark for all TS releases.

This release is sweet and the movie is funny as hell. Vince Vaughn is da man.
Btw I noticed there were french subs during the asian dialog between hutch and the asian dude. I got a feeling this VideoCD group is from Quebec. I might be wrong though. If they are...Nice work my Canadian bretherren
