Thank You Centropy! As usual a great release!!

8/9/8

Keep up the good work guys

Update:
Just watched whole thing on DVD player VERY WATCHABLE!!
no heads or people walking through. in the very begining a coat or something falls accross the right side of the screen for a few seconds but gets corrected right away

Posted by manofice on 02-23-2005 07:37 AM:

Great quality, just finished watching the whole rls. Now this is a good TS
The audio was alittle soft in some places while the music was loud, but its all good.

if not i will d/load

i have been told that people are walking across the screen through a lot of the movie and at one point, there's a giant head in the way for app 10 minutes .... but this is just what i heard and honestly, i dont feel like dlin it all to find out

Posted by sleeper0 on 02-23-2005 08:15 AM:

haven't seen the other releases, but this is significantly cropped - lots of tops of heads are missing - and washed out in a lot of scenes. watchable but not super. 7/9/?

Ok! Not sure what crappy monitors some of you have, or what codec's but this looks good. Colors are fine, video is clear, real clear. I still give SAOSIN there credit...their telesync was great even with the bad angle. But I just viewed this completely and its excellent. Cropped Nicely, no Angle. Colors look real good and detail, not to mention on one night time scene ( won't spoil it) It was bluish on other version and in perfect color on this version.

Definitely a Keeper...

Rated from actually getting release. View CD1 on PC, Watched Full Release on 65" Television.
Great Job CTP...

9/10/10 Video good, Sound Loud and Strong, and Great Movie.

from sample and some rars:

very nice release.
i watched saosin release but the cropping was pissing me really off, although the picture quality is slightly better than ctp release.

8/-/-

don´t care bout audio cause i´m dubbing it anyway
haven´t seen whole movie yet

Posted by DJSatane on 02-23-2005 10:20 AM:

Good release, however this movie is really weak, it kinda reminds me of End of Days with Arnold.

Can someone tell me if this is the best copy. Some of you said that this is better and others say that Saosin is better. I have downloaded the centrocopy version but not sure if I should get saosin now. I am really confused.

Posted by concius on 02-23-2005 10:52 AM:

like most others have said. audio is spot on, video is a bit grainy and white lighted in places.
audio 8.0
video 7.0
movie 0.0
if anyone has seen any of the comic issues, they would agree. and worse, WB is planning on a sequel baised on the success of the first movie. hopefully someone in the WB studios will pick up a copy of the comic before signing off on the proposed new release.

Finally someone who I trust to know what they are talking about gives a rating.
Just flicked through a fair amount. Can't see any heads and people walking across as yet.
Video 8
Audio 10
Film?

I am sure that some of the newbies in this place pick up a copy of the films from their local market stalls, and then pull the release group name outta thin air hoping for the best.

not bad but not the best they'v done
7/8/8

Sound : perfect!

Movie : Was worth the $5.00 I droppped on it at the shows.
No popcorn!

Thanks for taking your time as always and getting it right.

Peace!

I watched the whole thing, and I wasn't paying 100% attention but I don't remember seeing anyone walk infront of the video, I didn't see any heads or anything....
