Problem: 48khz audio & Superbabies 2 was only released as FS DVD , so obviously cropped & nuked.
The Only releases of theirs in which havent been nuked are all forgien releases such as SWESUB/SWEDISH releases.
In my opinion , buying silvers isnt working as if its released online already, its more then likley the same copy on that silver. Tryin to trick , hide , mislable , etc the releases , just pisses people off and as you can tell by this thread , TheEnd has lost any respect it might have had. The need a new English Movie supplier , either that , or stick to what they do best , Swedish movies. I appreaciate when grps bring new releases , but the same movie re-encoded over n over n over ... by not just TheEnd , but a few other grps , is getting pretty lame .
But then again .... my opinion doesnt count

Its been a while since i have saw a TMD release, nearly 3 years i think, but from what i can remember, aren't they like split into two sub200mb files, which are very low resolution and have a framerate of about 10-15fps, there is no way this is from anything like that, the quality on this is actually quite good and there are no framerate problems that i can see.
I think everyone here is just to easy to jump on the flaming bandwagon, my girlfriend saw this thread, and the first thing she said was "What a bunch of bitchy women".
So i have a question, How many people who have posted, have the full release of this and watched it or at least went through it properly.

Actually , this Copy hit the steets of NYC 3 days ago, remembering that -TheEnd bought a Silver from there also (which was SAOSiN's TS of The Jacket) and tried to release as a telecine, it was easy to assume right when first seen the dirname, after downloading the first rar , assume turned into confirm
Seriously, i dont understand how they thought a Silver could be anymore then a TS at best , like i said , how many silvers are TELECiNE's ? (before online release)

OK, everyone has been laying the wood to these guys. Few and I mean few have rated the release, if this release was just a TS...you people would be giving them props. You guys are sick, the video is good and clean. Yes, there is some cropping, but to have this release the same day of the movies. Come on, anytime anywhere else you guys would be happy. The sound is good also, I'm happy with it and will download it. If there is another one without cropping, I'm there until then this is a good copy.

Obviously mislabeled but it's not from TMD...I've had the misfortune of seeing some TMD avis in the past and they tag their releases with their *full* channel name and not with a logo. And if I remember correctly they tag somewhere in the black bar on the bottom, not over the video itself.
(Besides the fact that the logo clearly looks like an L and not an T.)

This is still a very watchable release 7/8 + it only hit cinemas on friday - I would like to know what the guys on here with the big mouths bring to the scene party - probably nothing but leechers i guess
This is a DVDSCREENER released same day as it hit the cinema , would u rather have some crappy cam ? Guess not !
Another thing its not pixelated until after the movie finishs for about 10 sec - IRC_Moviefan - I suggest u look at your codecs , cause this is the second time i seen u post this and the movie aint pixelated its actually fine.
I respect people who keep releases coming good or bad - and yes i agree with the nuke as this was defo mislabed , defo no telecine but i think respect is due as it is decent copy . The
question is do u want to watch with subs or not ....my answer would be the latter !

Alrighty , so its ok that RE-ENCODED movies can be scene released ?? Seriously who wants 10 Copies of the Exact same Movie ?? ... Just cause one group thinks they can encode better then the next . This is the exact same issue when there was the flood of silvers 4 months ago (TS's) , Exact same shitty quality movie just different formats and a shitload of propers cause the next grp *thinks* they can encode better.
I cant believe any of you are actually saying this is good , from what i seen this was overcropped , extremly blocky and pixelated. No Matter what you guys also says this had been passed down from the original XviD DVDScr at least 3 times. As we all know the XviD DVDScr had major encoding issues. So by re-encoding it more n more , the same screwed source , how is that improving it ? You cant make that AR better , cutting the subs off makes it the screen and the movie look lame , like the COBRA TELESYNC's they tried to cut off the subs. Only thing that could have been fixed better was the sound *IF* someone had DTS Disk audio , not some recorded audio , or of course , the actual DVD Sound. Each time the same source gets re-encoded the frames per second , among other things on the picture do get messed up.
Which brings me to a point, you guys keep praising these re-encode grps , now say TMD , SMR , LMD , whoever started *affil'n* sites and releasing re-encoded movies, is that alright??? ... i didnt think so , but yet you guys are praising their quality on this release and saying how much better it is. If you guys want re-encoded movies , theres public IRC channels and bittertorrent . The Scene isnt the place for it ... imo.
Also remember , if it wasnt for grps such as SAOSiN, TUN , Wastedtime, VideoCD , NOX , Corrolation ... groups such as TheEnd, iNVFX , WESTSiDE , etc wouldnt be around to have these released ... why ?? cause all they do is take real grps sources , re-encode it and either lie saying *** grp gave them permission , OR mislable it call it a TC, DVDScr whatever.
If i was in a *real* release grp , by real i mean actually got the original source , and released for fun but yet some kiddies kept taking my source , re-encoding it , mislabling it , propering you with your own source , etc (as whats happening in the scene right now), just so they can get leech on their rented sites. Id be on the verge of saying fuck it , and fuck the scene.
Which im sure also is gonna happen if re-encode grps keep flocking in like they are.
2 years ago if anyone even thought about taking another grps source and re-encoding and releasing it , not only were they flammed but got banned on mutiple places. Like i said , if you want to re-encode , IRC channels , BT is a great place to release ... sites arent.
I do agree though , that formats like XViD are becomming more and more feeasable , 3 years ago if someone said do you download DiVX movies , i prob woulda replied "i wouldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole" . Months ago i stopped touching VCD TV and only download HDTV XviD now. Since i got my phillips dvd player (xvid) , i dont touch SVCD anymore unless its the only format out of a movie i want to see. I agree a 1CD XviD TS from SAOSiN would be a lot nicer then a 2 or 3 CD SVCD. Mabey someday they will release an XviD format TS .
Now back to *Quality* .. lets use TUN's TC's as a perfect example:
The.Pacifier.TC.SVCD-TUN was released as we all know ..
The.Pacifier.TC.AC3.5.1.XViD-iNVFX a few days later.
iNVFX is nothing but a re-encode of the TUN SVCD. the AC3.5.1 track is mislabled and its still the same sound as the SVCD. Now cause this re-encode grp quickly downloaded the SVCD , re-encoded it to XviD , and released it. We still havent seen a copy from MoF (TUN's XviD grp), and im sure they said fuck it. You (the people who praised this re-encoded release) prob are saying who cares , its out. This is exactly the issue im getting at ... TUN has vob files from the TELECiNE and encodes it to SVCD , now MoF will also use those VOB Files to encode to XviD. What is iNVFX's source ?? Oh ya the SVCD ! As said on many occasions XviD is better quality then SVCD. So now we got an re-encoded XViD of the SVCD , and MoF with the original vobs is saying fuck it. (rather then propering this lame re-encode grp)
RE-Encoded TS's , TC's , DVDScr , etc are like the "DVDShrink" of XviD/DVDScr . We all perfer CCE encoded DVDR's as their nice copies of retail. DVDShrink on the other hand is nowhere near the same quality as CCE , although DVDShrink copies are good for home use , they shouldnt be scene released. Quality is moderate but not outstanding.
TheEnd's copy of this movie, i dont care what any of you say. Other then stripping the sound and replacing it with a DVD Source , or DTS disc audio , nothing gets "better" but only worse. Each time its passed down , re-encoded , etc , it gets butchered more. You loose frames , birate , etc.
Pretty soon unless these grps stop being gay and re-encoding real release grps movies, trying to proper them with their own source or releasing diff format so they can keep their leech wherever , im sure alot of real grps will say fuck it ...
.. and then where will your good copies of TheEnd be ? Oh ya they wont have a source !
