Take this release for example 2.2gb is not a small file. I came here yesterday, viwed the jpeg, read the first few comments then downloaded it. When i checked it i found all the problems everyone else did ( 24 hrs later ! ) what a waste of my time downloading.

Ive been a member of VCDQ for 3 years and have been coming here to check ratings longer than that. I used to respect this sites opinion on quality but now it seems full of over zealous pre teens who want to make the first post.

If you took away posting on the sample that would eliminate 90% of posts here. Sample jockeys are the norm. It would be ideal to stop peeps posting on the sample, however they would still do it and just lie & say the posted it on the completed release.

Having said that, why don't you peeps who come here looking for quality comments just download the sample yourself and make your decision based on your own rating of it !!!! (surely you can spare 10 m/b download). OR wait until peeps who do post on the full version comment which is going to be longer. (given that they need the time to download & actually watch the release).

Watched the full release, this is way overcropped all the way around, most noticable in the action scenes especiallly with the blur makes it hard to see what's goin on sometimes, subs that appear all over the screen now and then are real annoying, the hiss is bearable, doesn't spoil it too much. and I thought there was cpl of bits missing, especially toward the end.

Overall a average TS, watchable, if u can hold out I'd wait, wish I had, BUT eh it's free aint it

If we just downloaded the sample we would be no better off than reading the comments based on it, on here.

The problem IS the sample. Anyone can cut a 10mb 2 min sample from a good part of their release. I want people opinions who have downloaded say the first disc.

I personally would rather have 10% good that 90% shit as thats what your suggesting would be lost (no big loss i think).

Nothing will change though as you said, but if enough people moan about it then hopefully the people rating samples and jpegs wont rush to post. Save my bandwidth a little

Hopefully a good TC / TS from Maven will come soon, the trailer for this flix looks good.

Would people please stop the bi*ching!!! People on here complain and complain and its so damn old!! Post your reviews on the damn movie at hand... even if it is a sample! I dont care... I know to know even from the sample... 8/8/8 thats my finally review after watching the movie... it rocked!

yeah this release is missing scenes still...too bad...the spanish subs right in the middle of the picture are annoying...and some parts the actors are totally off to the side and your left looking at a wall dammit

the plot of the movie itself is pretty cool

a bit harsh but i agree (in my case) i should've taken into account i used VLC to clean it up.
(btw…as-is it's not that far off 7/7 at all)
it only needed minor adjusting w' approp' modules whilst streaming(viewing).
don't want to post ratings after a 'flick-thru' but w' movies that require minor/major cleaning i'll have to i suppose.
(unless flawed movie is SO good i can sit thru start to end (as-is) twice)

I was really enjoying the movie, till the sudden scene skip at the climax of the movie. Very noticeable.

Video is very cropped but on my standalone player it was watchable. You do feel your missing a lot though as you rarely see the top of anybodys head .

Audio was fine, not the best I've heard, but I had no problems hearing what was going on.

I'd recommend waiting for a better version, unless you are really desperate. At least one that is complete.

Same here. I thought the release was really pretty good, cropped yes, but still pleasantly watchable, till around 28:28 in part c when it skipped part of a scene. Nothing that your imagination couldn't insert, but yes, annoying. As were the periodically shown subs (not mentioned that it had any that I know)

A - 7
V - 7 (would've been 8 without the skip and the subs)
M - 8.9 (I thought is was really good, damn the film critics
