Nope, very few TC's are TS's, just alot of uneducated people claim that they are.
A Telecine can be recorded very cheaply, and as long as its a Film to Video transfer then its a Telecine, most cheap TC's will be dark and the colour will be off on them, some are mislabed TS's but the majority arent, and the High Quality ones usually get labled as DVDScreeners anyway, (eg. Mr And Mrs Smith)

Anyway, this release is pretty crappy, wouldnt bother, the Maven XviD TS, looks far better from what ive saw so far.
