After watching the complete release, the video is nice, the audio on the other hand is something I would not consider to be maVen's best, it crackles in spots, also for large portion of the movie it has a hiss.

maVen good work on this, but certainly could have been much better, video is cream of the crop, not best I have seen, but certainly within top 5. Audio I'm afraid needs alot of work.

this forum is for posting about movies, not posting about how much you think others are idiots, move on people, if you think you can do better then do so, other than that come in rate the movie quality and move on. and personally I have the biggest dick cause when I was living in the caves of 10BC I had internet and was downloading movies about creation!!

agreed with most of above.

picture is nice, probably nicest out, though not far ahead of others. audio is horrible. constant distortion through whole film, especially noticeable in quiet scenes. example, check around 25:40 of cd1, or 19:20 of cd2. it nearly drowns out the dialogue.

good to see maven back though. they have a history of good releases, but hopefully x-men and others in the future see better work

Is everyone here really this stupid? This is a re-encode of a crappy release. The audio is beyond annoying with the damn hissing and the video is way too dark to even be close to the screenshots. A half blind 80 year old man could see and hear the difference. This is NOT what the screens advertise.

the bloody audio wasnt great or even perfect, christ unless of course you are daf and cant actual hear the bloody anoying humming/buzzing from the 10 min mark.

plus its also out of synch near half way through

Who the hell still uses emule? Those pics are nothing like the actual release. And yes, it said maven on it and it was from a major BT site, just in case you were gonna bitch about that.
