what other tv shows are the set in space, and along the same kinda lines as BSG, SG-1, Atlantis, Red Dwarf ( i thought bsg was quite simular to red dwarf, maby just a big ship in the middle of space)

anyways, i need something urgently, ive got to much time on my hands and nothing to do with it

Babylon5, Farscape and Firefly? Although out of those, I only rate Farscape as being any good (plus, it's got half the "new" cast of SG1 in it)

Nah, if I want to watch a western, I'll watch Deadwood... Not enough space in Firefly for my liking and yes, I have watched em all.

Strangley enough, I was wandering around New York and some chick dressed in BSG costume was handing out a BSG comic. It was pretty strange.

BSG 2.0 S3 - Can't wait. I am old enough to remember the older BSG and this one is faster, better and much cooler than the 80's tv show.

What the fuck is wrong with the TV world

Arrested Development was fucking class, only lasted 2.5 seasons

Firefly was fucking class, only lasted 1 season

yet shows like Friends hung around for yonks

On a plus note (may be late coming in on this) there is a BSG spinoff in the works so might be a good watch

due for release 2007

Aye, was reading about that show earlier... Should be good, it basically explains the run-up to the original Cylon revolution/war. Information is very sketchy at the moment though
