The Question was already asked in the appropriate forum, though I felt by pointing it out to you it may be answered with even more quickness than you usually muster.

To sum up the question, I'm looking for disk imaging software to do exactly what I need. Most software will do near what I need, but unfortunately near enough is not good enough in this case.

Coming from a background of PHP and SQL, should I bother to learn VB or .Net?

I'm oddly drawn the point and click wysiwyg of it all, but will it be worth my time?

Also on a completely different tangent, can you please suggest exercises to increase core stomach muscle strength. I'm quite a tall guy, and when I'm older I'm sure to suffer from a bad back. I need to increase strength in my whole torso area, but stomach exercises are problematic.

All the normal crunches and variants don’t do much for me. My stomach muscles never get any kind of a work out due to my back giving out after a few reps. Any stomach exercises around that do not put stress on the back muscles?

Dammit, while I'm here... Of all gym machines, free weights, gadgets and gimmicks, which are more likely to help my increase muscle mass on my soon to be embarked on (working from home i.e. no gym membership) health kick?

My gf has a new laptop and she's not stopped whining about the mouse 'automatically clicking' on buttons, links etc when she hovers over them for a second or two.

Is there any way at all i can shut the daft cow up?

Preferably some way of disabling said feature - failing that a truly ingenious murder plan would do.
